First time I've ever used an AS text effect, I usually make my own. And if you want to get the word out, take some initiative. The first sig banner I did, it wasn't asked for. I used to use flash and since i got swish i don't use flash anymore, because swish is 10 times easier and faster for most things. You should get the demo and try it out.
