Huz Posted January 25, 2008 Posted January 25, 2008 You are a dirty chav. Possibly even a violent skinhead. And a Brit to top it off. Fealiks is the one on the left in my avatar. FACT.
Fealiks Posted January 25, 2008 Posted January 25, 2008 I don't have to take this... wait here while I get my posse...
Kjølen Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 Fealiks is the one on the left in my avatar. FACT. It terrifies me that both of my assumptions were startlingly correct.
Fealiks Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 I was talking to Huz, but that's nice to know anyway. Is Alice actually related to F.E.A.R (that is F.E.A.R, right?)
Kjølen Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 Alice is in no way related to Alma, the girl from F.E.A.R. Alice is from American McGee's Alice.
Joshi Posted January 30, 2008 Posted January 30, 2008 Actually attempted to play that once. Okay platform game, but not great. If the movie ever gets made I hope it keeps the style.
Fealiks Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Dark interpretations of classic kid's stories? Sounds pretty good.
Joshi Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 Dark interpretations of classic kid's stories? Sounds pretty good. The idea's good, and the art design pretty good as well as the characters. It's the gameplay that gets me. fairly basic stuff.
Fealiks Posted February 4, 2008 Posted February 4, 2008 Sounds like they should definitely make a movie instead of a game. On the subject of movies, I watched Cloverfield yesterday. I recommend it to anyone, it was absolutely epic.
itchythesamurai Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 Oh man, I really dug Cloverfield too! I'm not sure how I feel about the possibility of turning it into a franchise though.
Fealiks Posted February 5, 2008 Posted February 5, 2008 NNNOOO FFRANNCHHIIISEEE I really hope they just stick with cloverfield, no cloverfield 2, no franchise at all. They have already commissioned a toy of the monster (part of the awesomeness of the film was that you hardly saw the monster, now they are making a toy?!)...
Brighteyes Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Gotta admit i kinda liked it aswell. Reckon the film was so short was so people didnt get 'too' pissed with the camerawork.
Joshi Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 Loved Cloverfield, but yes, there are talks about a sequel. Kinda sucky, it works amazingly as a standalone movie where we don't know too much about it (unless you read the internet speculation).

Exactly, they would be ruining the mysteriousness, which is a really big point of the movie. Naturally, people are going to want to delve deeper, look into it, find things out et cetera but if it's just given to them... well it would be like asking KFC for their secret recipe and having a bucketfull of spices thrown into your mouth.
Joshi Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Isn't that how KFC severs food anyway? Just bung a load of spices together, throw onto something that resembles (somewhat) meat, call it chicken, and serve?
Brighteyes Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 Do ya remember when they found that battered chicken head?
Joshi Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 I seem to remember seeing that somewhere. Nice to see their quality control.
Kjølen Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 Bah, KFC! This is why Subway is marginally better. At least they are fairly healthy.
Brighteyes Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 Maybe, but also KFC. Subway used to be my saviour, i'd finish work at the pub at 2ish and that stunning little place would still be open waiting just for me to go get my Meatball sub with all the trimmings, onion and honey mustard sauce on Honey oat bread.
