I survived the chrismas shopping season

for anyone who ahs worked retail from the time after thanksgiving to Christams eve, knows what i mean.

the commercialisum of Christmas "giveing and reciving" is still going stong, even after reports of recession. Nwo granted i spend about $50 each for the people on my christmas list. But in know was was it to make them fel guilty on getting me a small present. i did it out of the Love of what my LORD has given me. and the blessings i have recived.

Anywaz, working at UPS was VERY tiring. I was starting work at 3:00 am in the morning, and getting done with what we call "The sort" at 8:30am. At the End of the the sort, all the drivers trucks are loaded, and crammed with packages both for merchants, businesses, and residents. One of my drivers had a helper thruout the peak season. That was me. SO after i got with the sort, i rushed bakc home, got my brown uniform on, and helped my drier deliver packages for 3-5 hours.

i did not have much time for anything else... even to eat. It was what i could grab, and i barley had time to clean my cloths. Sleep, work sleep work. I was so tired at the end of the day, i would even go to bed without supper, and hope i was able to eat enought calories to sustain myself.

I suffered a cold, diarreha, and numerous boughts of an upset stomach.

Thankfully it is over now.

now i am able to focus on what christmas really is about.. the birth of our savior, and fufilment of God's promise of salvation from sin

peace be will you all, and have a very merry christmas.

Main Entry: ain't

Pronunciation: 'Ant

Etymology: contraction of are not

Date: 1778

1 : am not : are not : is not

2 : have not : has not

3 : do not : does not : did not -- used in some varieties of Black English

usage Although widely disapproved as nonstandard and more common in the habitual speech of the less educated, ain't in senses 1 and 2 is flourishing in American English. It is used in both speech and writing to catch attention and to gain emphasis

You sure about that?
