Right now i'm playing MOH:Allied Assault DoD 2.0 CS GT3 Yeah, saberpro when the hell is Duke Forever coming out!!? I wanna kick ass and chew bubble gum again!!

When I get sick of playing one temporarily, I play the other one, and when I get sick of that, i go back to the other one, so i progressively am getting through both...taking my time, of course, to get the secrets!

Anyhow, I've been playing: * Aliens vs. Predator 2 * Return to Castle Wolfenstein * Operation Flashpointless with the gold/platinium/magnesim/plutonium/whatever upgrade pack * Unreal Tournament I've been making UT voice packs of myself and some characters from the Aliens movies; Apone, Ripley, Hicks and maybe Vasquez and Johnner. I'll prob'ly get back into JK, MotS and X-Wing Alliance in the near future, to get me into jacked-into the Star Wars mode. I'd like to play the SW RPG (WotC version) sometime.

Graphicsgod Posted February 13, 2002 Posted February 13, 2002 The reason I didn't pick JK or MOTS, is because I like beat those games for the second or third time two years or so ago, and don't care to play them again. And graphicly, it's too oldschool to pick up and play all the way through. Maybe for a few min., but not the whole game.

Will the concussion rifle or rail detonator be returning? Not exactly, though there are a couple weapons that are *somewhat* similar. im hurt deeply by this.....they better have a good substitute...

thrEEpaGe Posted February 13, 2002 Posted February 13, 2002 wolfenstein has lost its flair for me after i beat the game on 'i am death incarnate' difficulty without much fanfare....uber soldat was fun though, but not a challenge....i took him out and had 70 hp before i refilled with the backpack thingys...yawn...so im playing diablo ii lod...that will take me a while =)

Rogue Spear, Urban Ops, and Ghost Recon crash my compy when u go to the mp menu...:(:'( jh
thrEEpaGe Posted February 13, 2002 Posted February 13, 2002 i havent had time for multiplayer...it just didnt seem interesting enough to learn the nuances....i dunno...i guess im just a little weary of all the q3 spinoffs (not necessarily spinoffs, but ones that use the engine)...im always worried about gameplay originality...its just weird. im not however worried about jk0 =)

Shmed Posted February 14, 2002 Posted February 14, 2002 I'm playing through old Lucasarts adventure games right now... picked up Full Throttle a couple weeks ago (the cheap jewel case version) and finished it in one sitting (quite a short game heh), Grim Fandango (favorite adventure ever) and I'm going through Escape from Monkey Island slowly now, playing a little every now and then. Other than that I just can't seem to stop playing Halo. Even after beating the game many times it just hasn't gotten boring yet, thanks mostly to the incredible AI. Legendary mode is a great example of how to make a game HARD without it becoming incredibly unfair and frustrating... instead of just increasing the AI's damage/accuracy [which it does also] it gives them a whole new level of AI that is probably the best I've seen in a FPS to date. Fun! Trying to replicate the Warthog jumps from that video of Halo has been eating a lot of time also heheh. JK II soon, can't wait.
