What are you're favorite Dark and Light powers?

Just a random thread to keep my sanity untill JKII gets released...

 

I liked the way the old Force Rage was on the zone page, but now it looks like it's going to be pretty cheap..., so I'm choosing Force Drain.

absorb, lightning, and choke...Lightning is my favorite tho. Second would've been force push or destruction...

Oops, I forgot to clarify that these are JKII's force powers.

 

And BTW, there is no Destruction in JKII..

 

Lightening is also one of my favorites... It seems level 1-3 lightening isn't merely a progression from worst to best... Becuase of the discriptions for lightening, on the zone.com/jedioutcast page.

I have the same favorites as rouge15, but i only voted for my absolute favorites, absorb and choke, even though it is closely followed by lightning.

Has to be choke, the way your hapless opponent struggles to breath, the sickening crunch sounds, the fact that in JK1 you could make the death as long or swift as you wanted. Ah, memories.

Amen, brothers. My personal favorite will probably be force push, because of it's immense versatility. If I had to go for the power that looks the coolest, lighting would take the cake, even though I am a light sider. You just can't deny how cool it looks shooting blue bolts of electricity through someone's body.

who cares about destruction anyways. all it was is a rechargable conc with a slow reload.

If force Push contains a feature where I can toss crates etc. at opponents, it's my choice. I'm pretty disappointed that Throw isn't in the game as it was used by Vader in ESB. Other than that, I've always found pull useful.

Absorb, heal, Protection, and Mind trick are my powers of choice. I would have also said speed, jump and pull, but they weren't options

My personal favorites are Mind Trick and Choke. I'm looking forward to using Mind Trick and being able to trick them into thinking that there is nothing wrong, then hacking there arms off or some other random body part. Choke needs no explanation really, other then it was my favorite force power from the movies.

I'd like to see Jar Jar dying in a very painful way...like using level 3 choke and knocking him against the walls

I voted choke and mind trick. Choke sounds great both in SP and MP. Mind trick will be more useful in SP than MP but still will be better than JK in the fact that you can SEE YOURSELF! I don't like Team Energize though! I think it's a great sounding power, but it would be Lightside man not DS! Increasing your teammates' ability to use the Force? VERY helpful, VERY unselfish, VERY nice. How is that DS?

I'ld have to say that all the old neutral powers are my favoite. I mean who can't love powers that make you a ball of energy bouncing radomly around while you fire high explosive weapons down on you enemy's heads?
