Ham Yoyo
Who is going to see E.T. 20th Anniversary? I haven't watched E.T. in 7 years. I watched the one hour special on NBC tonight and it reminded me of what a great movie it is. I've never seen E.T. on the big screen so I will definately be there. http://www.et20.com
Eternity
Yeah, but only because I only call myself ET for shorthand, sometimes, as do other peeps. I owe the little brown thing something.
Guest Krayt Tion
Ah. Hollywood needs more money. Still, it would be enjoyabe to see that film of my youth on the big screen.
OnlyOneCanoli
I've seen it twice, I believe. I'll definitely be going, unless I can't convince my friends to see it.

Rogue15
that cold dead body was the best part of the dam movie!!! the only thing is....hey since he's in star wars now, someone should do a good skin of it so i can get my total revenge and beat the living crap out of it!!!!! E.T. MUST DIE AND BURN IN HELL!!!!!
Guest Krayt Tion
Wow. You're like that kid that is afraid of clowns, or that guy on Howard Stern last night that was afraid of dead fish. Don't blame ET, blame those scarey government guys that wanted to take him away! All he did was try to phone home! Still, the movie was pretty frightening to me when I was younger, no matter how many times I watched it.
Rogue15
well, he shoulda used 1-800-COLLECT!!!!!! the parts that scared me most in that movie were when he threw that ball to the little kid eliot or whoever his name was (been like 4 years since i watched it, it didn't scare me as much then since i was like 12 or 13). And the part where the kid and et are freaking eachother out and e.t.s heart is glowin red and his eyes are bugging out of his head. And the part where e.t. get po'd and runs away and the kid goes with the bike or something and they crash and it's night or something. dang i wish the kids dog would've bit his hand off...oh the other part that scared me was when the kids finger started bleeding and et healed it and the kid looks up and e.t. is like in a blue light and his shadow is reflected off the kid and he points his middle finger or something at him and it's freaky!!!! AAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Eternity
I used to climb under the chair when the following events took place: 1) ET is in the cornstalks. The little kid goes looking for him, and they meet eachother. "HOLY ****!!!!" 2) ET comes out of the shed, and lurches towards the kid in the lawnchair. By far, the scariest part of the movie. "OH ****, HE'S GONNA DIE!!" 3) ET is found in the stream, all white and stuff. "AAA, ET IS DEAD!!" 4) The FBI guys with jangling keys come in the house. Strangly, this really didn't frighten me when I was 5. Scared the **** out of me 4 weeks ago when I watched it last. And that's coming from a kid who watched IT and laughed. That movie probably emotionally seared me for life. That stuff is scary to a 5 year old. I always used to watch the movie, though. 'S great. AAAAAHHHHHHHH
