Darklighter
Wait a minute! Hold the phone!... If ALL of the clone troopers were 100% CGI, what about the one htat picks up Padme in the sand? Or the ones that jump of the ship and walk around with Yoda? Or the one with the binoculars that orders the ships to fire? Someone didn't really think this fact through, or even see the film, I think...
ET Warrior
He didn't pick up padme....she just got up, he was kneeling by her. and Yoda was all CGI, why couldn't the troopers? Same with the one looking into the binoculars.......Just because somebody recorded a voice for them doesn't mean that they were really there............ Lime-Light
what about when the troopers were eating on kamino? That was an actor. Just because they didnt have armour on didnt mean they werent CloneTroopers. HAH!
MJD
I read the same thing about the troopers. The actual armoured ones were all CGI, not one human donned a Trooper suit for this movie. Very well done if you ask me!
leXX
He didn't pick up padme....she just got up, he was kneeling by her. That was so funny, the whole of the audience burst out laughing! She just fell so very far and then lay there for like 3 minutes unconsious and all of a sudden jumps up like nothing happened! Hysterical. It's totally believable that they are all CGI, it's amazing what you can do with a computer these days!

Someone who noticed that...I tried telling 'em but they all tried to rationalize it... maybe George told her that her character was just taking a nap... They were only clones, not clonetroopers....you have to have the armor on to be a trooper.......:D:D:D:D
Lime-Light
Ok, but what about the shot with a Jango clone (backed by a large line of his clones) donning a helmet from the assembly line? Remember that? Yes, 3DsMax is absolutley amazing (softimage too). Its geting to the point where, if they werent moving (you can always spot a cgi character by thier fluid motion, no organisms move so fluidly), that you wouldnt be able to tell the difference. They can scan an actor's face with lasers, and translate that into polygons, so that there really is no difference in shape, just the texture and how the skin reacts. Within a few years, stunt men for big name actors will be totaly out of bussiness.
osama
lol you dont have to have on armor to be a trooper why would you??? if obi wan had ran down to the clones and picked up some armor off the assembly line would he have been a clonetrooper? ET Warrior
Yes, padme was just.......resting.....that fall was very tiring because she had to scream loudly as she went down.......
Kryllith
Of course Obiwan would have been a clonetrooper if he put on clonetrooper armour. You don't have to have parts taken from an IBM computer to be an IBM clone afterall... Kryllith

I always notice stupid little things like that, I wish I didn't, it can spoil a film sometimes. Theres an idea, I think I will post a Did You Notice thread!
