Ugh...Acronyms

Newbie here...what the heck is DFA? I went into MP last night and got 6 kills total in about a half-hour. Not good.

I need to learn some tricks, and I keep hearing about DFA and stuff like that. Any help would be appreciated. And for all you guys out there who do the same move over and over...I hate you all. :)

I had some good fights, but when i ran into people perched on an AT-ST or whatever and throwing me off the ledge, it got boring real quick...

Thanks.

DFA = Death From Above - Red Stance special move. Attack, wait a sec, forward, jump.

Spammers = The annoying people you refer to doing the same move over and over again.

A$$fighters = People who run around backwards in the hope they kill someone with backstab/slash.

Cheap = Someone who does a move considered to be in bad taste such as attacking you when you bow to them or are typing.

Whore = Same as Spammers - They tend to stick to one move.

Hope this helps! ;)

Thanks man. I appreciate it. I now need to practice walking ass-backwards.

I can't believe people play like this? Is it the majority or the minority? I had one great duel with some guy, no crappy whore techniques, and when it was all over (I won!!), I chatted "nice fight" to him, he agreed, and then he went his way and I went mine. Awesome.

Hohum. I guess I'll go back to my regular life now. Just some thoughts.

no no no you got it all wrong, walking backwards swinging is the special jedi knight 2 greet, it's actually polite to show people your ass in this game! :p Yeah offcourse every now and then someone dies, but that's the price you have to pay for being polite :)

people, be careful with ironic comments about a$$fighting. It happens on a regular basis that new players don't get the irony and really think, that this is the way to go.

We don't want to raise a clone army of a$$fighters, do we... :D

When chatting during a game you may come across these:

gf = good fight

nk = no kick

nt = no throw

n1 = nice one

afk = away from keyboard

imo = in my opionion

can't think of any more right now. ;)

Well that'd be the problem isn't it? If you want to score any significant amount of kills in this game ass fighting (or at least spamming backstab) IS the way to go.

Secret to doing well in jk2 is backstabbing the opponent before they backstab you, especially in FFA.
