Yoda is in the top of the map in the desert area. Next to his Hut,by the way the hut is near the Monuments. You didn't do good at I spy did you:D (by the way that dude is Anakin)

And he is in the mass of units in the bottom right of the Gungan water battle screen.Next to the twins of the sheild Gens.
