C'mon guys! Just because they changed some things in the movie doesn't make it bad!

 

And just because it doesn't follow the plot, doesn't make so that you can't cry your heart out in some emotional scenes.

 

The movie was far more exciting than the book IMHO, not better - but more exciting.

True that was very emotional for me as well... :(

 

I didn't cry at that point though, but I did cry when they had just left Moria and the party was in this frustrated, give up phase.... so touching...

I thought it was very good, perhaps not the ultimately best movie of all time, but no such thing exists for me anyway.....

 

More catchy than the book anyway.
