How you set the camera to see backwards?

i saw one of my friend playing with that camera angle but the freak wont tell me hehe so if any1 know how please tell me-thanks

type this into the consel (shift + ` [the button bellow esc])

It is cheat protected though, so you need cheats on for it to work.

weird you sure that the real command cuz my friend did it on multiplayer cheat wasnt on,maybe it only work on 1.3 anyway thx

It does not matter if 1.02, 1.03 or 1.04

 

To use cg_thirdpersonangle 180 you HAVE to use the devmap [mapname] to enable cheats for it to work.

Do you mean to look at the front of yourself?

 

I did something like cg_cameradamp 0 to look at my front

 

Cheats were not on.

that's different, cg_thirdpersonangle 180 fix the camera infront of you so that it'll be facing your front, no matter, where you go (just as cg_thirdpersonangle 0 fix it at your back)

 

cg_thirdpersoncameradamp 0 fix the camera at 1 spot so that it doesnot move. you can walk around the map or even behind the camera but the camera will not rotate or anything.

 

the first 1 is cheat protected, the second 1 isnt.

Guys i Swear my friend is doing something that make his camera view BEHIND HIM and NO IT NOT A CHEAT PROTECTED i saw him with my own eyes,but he told me a hint

 

When you type \cg_thirdpersondamp or \cg_cameradamp (dont remember wich one ROFL) there a list showing up wich one?no idea...
