(I found this out by doing some calculations using data from the NEW Essential Guide to Characters). She isn't wearing that vest she is in DFII and JO, but instead a sweater of the same color as the vest that zips down to the sternum. Without the vest on, her clothes will be tighter and will therefore make her look younger. Also, her pants are brown and not white. She should pretty much look the same other than the above suggestions.

I was actually thinking about making a model for her and others.... But there's no guarantee. I'll have more about it later, but my work is going slow on my models and skins lately.

Katarn07 Posted October 24, 2002 Posted October 24, 2002 Jan's in Intelligence. The backstory of Kyle and Jan was that she was an undercover agent in an Imperial held area. She was captured, that's when Kyle abandons the Empire, saves Jan, and then becomes a mercanary. A short time passes and he joins the Rebel cause with the DF missions. They are both in the NRI during JO. Kyle leaves after and becomes a true Jedi Knight.

Essentially take JO Jan, remove the pocket flaps and turn off all the extra surfs... add a shoulder radio, and maybe do a touch up job here or there.... I tried making a skin on the current model, and it just looks weird with those pockets. And it really wouldn't be that hard to alter..... I guess we'll see.

And I added a little colour (and de-pixellated her), just for you, Katarn07... Not very much...but what do you expect in half an hour...? Anyway, I reckon you mod guys know the best way forward. You've definitely got a lot on your plate, so take whatever artistic license is necessary, IMHO.

This is by no means a final.. or near final. Or even an actual attempt. In fact, I'm watching a Star Trek marathon right now on Sci-Fi, and decided to throw this skin together during the past few commercial breaks... so don't be too critical. I also am going to need to alter the model. I created the skin so it only looks right at this exact angle. Well, you can take a look at my idea: Click here to see the image. Infinity Blade Posted November 12, 2002 Posted November 12, 2002 The reason the sleeves are more gray than blue is to match the in-game sprite from Dark Forces... It will probably stay in line with those colors. Perhaps not exactly, but you get the idea. Click here to see the sprite. And you also have to remember I only spent a total of about 20 minutes on that skin, too... Many finer details are missing, even some larger ones. As I said, it's just a test for a generic look and coloring. I just thought some of you might be interested...

Just as you said, spend a little more time on that and VWEALLA! That ingame shot of Jan makes it look as if she is wearing pants with Corellian blood stripes... That can't be, thoguh. She is a native of Alderaan...
