Yufster
http://www.guybrushthreepwood.com is a Monkey Island 1 comic. The artist has altered the story a little, I suspect for two reasons 1> because it would be too painstaking to draw process of getting the pot and going to the circus and getting the money and getting the sword from the shopkeeper...when he could just HAVE a sword, for instance.... and 2> for the sake of the readers. I've played MI1 a million times and the script is at times directly taken from it. It's still good though. LOL Did he just put all that stuff in his PANTS?!? I gotta stop drinking this stuff! Jack the Black
What is going on since I saw that (see link below this paragraph) Paco's comic of the Secret of Monkey Island is a World of Monkey Island excusive? http://www.worldofmi.com/features/comic/vink/ Has Paco given permisson for his work to be presented on another web site or has someone nicked it? BTW - I am sick of trying to add a title to links on this forum as they never work for me so I am just providing the link.
Joshi
well, this is a crazy thought, but maybe paco created a website of his own to put this on. it's so crazy it just might happen. but yes, it was on worldofmi first.
Gabez
Possibly. Or maybe it’s just someone trying to take the credit for Paco’s work. Whatever it is, it’s surprisingly up to date. (Oh and Jack, try using quotation marks when you are titled links – it should work then. So it’s [ url="http://www.com" ] title[ /url ]. Not that it really matters, plain URL links are fine.) Paco (V)
Hmpf, nope I didn't create that website guys. On the top of the first page it says "Coming Soon", so maybe the webmasters of this website put up my comic temporarely before the real site goes up or something. We didn't give any 'permission' to post it there, but there is no email address anywhere on the pages to contact the creators, so what can you do? Ah well I am still working on new pages, by the way, for those who are interested.
