Surfnshannon Posted January 7, 2003 Posted January 7, 2003 I agree - u must live near me. We have something in Southern CA called Santa Ana winds. They are blowing at 39 miles per hour with gusts up to 60! It literally was blowing my car off the freeway on my way to work. The streets and freeways are covered in debree. Not small debre mind you - tree's and branchs, pieces of wood, trash cans, peoples lawn furniture etc!!! Its a battlefield out there. Our apartments roof sounds like its going to blow off and we had to tie my pomeranian up so he won't blow away. (j.k about my dog) Anyone else experiencing these god awful winds?
Tyrion Posted January 7, 2003 Author Posted January 7, 2003 I dont remember getting Santa Ana winds before... But the howling...make it stop..let me rest in peace, damnit.

-s/<itzo- Posted January 7, 2003 Posted January 7, 2003 best solution to that problem is get a new set of windows. those sealed tight type windows, you won't hear a thing.
