Count Dooku 2 Posted March 8, 2003 Share Posted March 8, 2003 OK, so most people I know said that "Attack of the Clones" was much better than "The Phantom Menace", going on plot development, battle scenes and characters (one person based his opinion solely on Yoda). But what would happen if both the film's characters met to fight it out over which film is better? Who would win out of the following fights? 1: Darth Maul versus Count Dooku (Darth Tyranus). 2: Qui-Gon Jinn versus Yoda. 3: Captain Panaka versus Captain Typho. 4: Young Obi-Wan Kenobi versus 19-year-old Anakin Skywalker. 5: Nute Gunray versus Poggle the Lesser (or Battle Droids versus Geonosians). 6: Sebulba versus Jango Fett. 7: Chancellor Valorum versus Chancellor Palpatine. 8: Flimsy C-3PO versus Solid C-3PO. Does this prove how bad "The Phantom Menace" really was? Looking over those fights, I don't think many of the "Episode I" characters would emerge victorious, do you? Post your opinions please... Solid C3PO these are my victors of your fights personnaly i think the prequels suck (dont get me wrong TPM was pretty good) but I like the original trilogy....the prequels would be better if it had better acting and George Lucas not directing it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They'd probably only fight with training guns, and I haven't seen Typho in action so I'd have no idea how he'd fair. 4. Obi-Wan would be thinking "Haven't you grown a bit fast?" Anakin would think "sheesh, my master still looks so young even after 10 years" 5. Nute Gunray would get another fit of cowardice and run off to get his battle droids who'd then win. lol 6. Enough said. 2: Yoda could easily defeat Qui-Gon Jinn, since he is the most powerful Jedi ever. 3: Captain Panaka, only because he is older than Typho, therefore more experienced. 4: Young Obi-Wan Kenobi because he defeated Darth Maul, whereas Anakin got sliced up by Count Dooku. 5: I have to say Nute Gunray and the Battle Droids, only because "the Geonosians aren't warriors!". 6: Jango Fett would win against Sebulba... go figure. 7: Supreme Chancellor Palpatine is the baddest bad-ass in the galaxy. Dooku all the way! 2: yoda, of course 3: would be a boring fight 4: I would go for 19 yrs old 5: battle droids (i dont like geo) 6: Jango owns 7: Palp can force lightning valorum out 8: I guess the solid one is... harder?
