Chewbacco
My alowance is enough to support the monthly fee. Plus some surplus for saving up for something big. I get $28 dollars in monthly alowance.
UnfrozenCaveman
I was never given an allowence. I have a job, I put money into the bank. That money put into the bank will be what I use to buy SWG and pay for the monthly fees. I too have a girlfriend, and let me tell you, trying to save money and go out and have fun with the lady is quite difficult. More often than not I get a paycheck and before i know it, all the money is gone!! Mon dieu!
Evad
Amen caveman, I'm with ya. Once the ol' payday rolls around, here comes the girl wanting you to do something "special," which really I have no problem with. It's when we have to spend all weekend and half my paycheck doing something "special" that really gets me fired up. Oh well.... thus is the price of companionship. UnfrozenCaveman
So true. Although, I honestly don't mind spending the weekend with my woman. It's really great being with her, and I recently found something...something so awesome. I'll start with this, like three months ago I was given a copy of SIMS. Yeah, it's alright, never opened it. And my woman was helping me clean my room right, she stumbles upon the unopened copy and asks if she can play it, "it looks interesting." So, now she's addicted to playing it. And I'm thinking, "finally, now she likes cpu games!" So some days she comes over to my house and plays my bootlegged version of the game on my laptop and i play cpu games on my desktop! How perfect is that?! This thursday she's leaving for her senior trip, so I'll have plenty of time to do whatever, even go to that LAN party at RIT this weekend! Woot! EDIT: Check it out! My points are the reciprocal of my posts. 256- 526! That's cool.
Evad
Mine is infatuated with violence for whatever reason. She will come over and pop in GTA3 or GTA:Vice City and laugh for hours, all the while slaughtering helpless civilians. Is this some kind of red flag I should be aware of? Ahhh probably not..... swphreak
Well... if someone takes your stapler and never give it back and they move you to the basement.... there's a problem Hey Evad, at least your gf CAN play those games I get paid 30 bucks a week. Half of that goes to my wallet, the other half to my GF....
UnfrozenCaveman
my car has taken back seat priority for awhile now. (Girlfriend recomended) I've found that my gf's recommendations are actually the voice of reason. I mean, there may be an ulterior motive like, "with the money it costs to buy this...we could go here and do this." That sort of logic, combined with her smiling at me and kind of giving me that look that says "i'm not as innocent as I appear to be". Anyways, my gf has helped me save some mad cash. So, props to her. I'm going to use it all this summer on a nice trip to Flordia or as Phreak says "America's Shiney Wang"! She's got relative in Sarasota and Tampa.
