C'jais Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 http://www.politicalcompass.org/ Where are you? I got: Economic Left/Right: -3.00 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -7.18 I couldn't copy the graphical result, but I'm 3 steps to the left, and seven steps downward (just like the numbers ) Somewhat surprising.
Dagobahn Eagle Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 Economic Left: -6.12 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -3.03 I'm a left-wing Libertarian. And I thought I was a liberal socialist, not a Libertarian?
Wacky_Baccy Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 Economic Left/Right: -4.88 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -7.54 About the same as last time I took it C'jais, what surprised you about your results? ^_^

Wacky_Baccy Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 Posted by C'jais That I'm not such a big, f*ckin' pinko COMMIE BASTARD as you are. Hmm. I'm very proud of my pinko commie bastardness With a bit of work you could reach my level in, oh, maybe a... decade? But seriously, was that the real reason you were surprised? That you weren't as much of a pinko commie bastard as you thought you were? XD
C'jais Posted May 11, 2003 Author Posted May 11, 2003 Hehehe... Well, I didn't think that I was such a black, through-and-through hippie anarchist, s'all....
Wacky_Baccy Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 You're a European, you're predisposed to it (Well, maybe not, but still... XD) And 'sides, it's nothing to be ashamed of - you could make yourself into the CEO of some multinational conglomerate that exploits third world workers and only exists to deliver dividends to its shareholders if you really want to Or not I was actually mildly surprised at the extremity of my results, because of some of the answers I gave... But I'd rather be a hippie anarchist than a GeeDubya any day of the century
Luc Solar Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 Economic Left/Right: -5.62 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -4.62 Ok. Now I'll try to figure out what that means. EDIT: LOL! I'm f'king Gandhi! ...+ Dalai Lama and Nelson Mandela! Hahaha.. what a typical lawyer's view on things, huh?
SkinWalker Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 I got: Economic Left/Right: -7.88 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -4.62
ShadowTemplar Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 Took the test. Got somewhere in the vicinity of C'Jais. Didn't like the test. For one thing there were no opions to put anything instead of what you refused. I think that I would've been somewhat further up if there had been fewer absolutes. Human well being, for example, is clearly more important than economical profit, however the latter is prerequisite for the former. The test misses out those nuances.
ShockV1.89 Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 Economic Left/Right: -3.38 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -3.28 So far I'm the closest to the center. I didnt like the test very much, though. Some of the questions felt loaded.
Breton Posted May 11, 2003 Posted May 11, 2003 Economic Left/Right: -1.75 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -3.64 It's a bit creepy that I'm the most right-wing so far.
C'jais Posted May 11, 2003 Author Posted May 11, 2003 Originally posted by ShockV1.89 I didnt like the test very much, though. Some of the questions felt loaded. Yup. I've a sneakin' suspicion that the 3 last pages (sex, beliefs etc) drags you downward a whole f*ckin' lot. Otherwise, what are they there for?
