Orthos: We can't just kill one of our own, even if we think he's a bit odd. We're supposed to be fighting to stop senseless killing and death, but he we are about to do it!

*Draws Starkiller*

I have had it up to here with this. Kill me. Right now I welcome death. But just think about how many of you faceless scum I'm going to take with me...

*WH irvine thinks to himself about how he hated living a sheltered life, maybe people's opinions would be different. But he shrugs it, maybe later he can find a good opertunity to greet his knuckles to Hal's jawbone, but quickly thinks naw too predictable of himself.*

*A voice is heard telepathically to misae* "Tell them to leave the kid alone, let him find a way to prove himself. Besides I think something is owed to me seeing is I hardly knw any of you and I'm risking my neck not telling that you're not here while being torchured."

((OOS: How is Irvine able to see what's happening with the group from so far away? That would've been convenient for, say, Yoda to have in one of the movies :p))

Marin: *finishing demorphing* <I completely agree with Orthos. I'm surprised at the rest of you - are you really that full of petty spite that you would consider this?>

*She begins remorphing*

((Think about it red, if you are getting torchured, wouldn't you find someway to get your mind off how your getting torchured?

Wait didnt we usualy have some sort of universal way that we all did things (kinda just did it and not all agree on something?) in a different style (let's say in this instence, speaking through the force?)))

WH Irvine *Not physicaly speaking* <So how are you holding up Irvy?>

RH Irvine <Not too good, these bastards are playing around with the guantlets. I'm surprised you're learning so fas...>

*As the torchurer jabs a scaple into his arm Irvine bursts out a painful scream, which echos even towards the group...*

------------

Sith "You were talking to someone through the force weren't you?"

Irvine *In a very nervious way, fear clearly present* "T-there t-tring to c-cut o-ff my a-arm-m..."

*The Sith nods back to the torchurer to jab again, Irvine gives off another scream.*

Sith "Speak!"

Elella: I may hardly be involved, but I'm willing to fight for this man.

Orthos: Not attacking? I knew it. Your the same filth I've been fighting since birth. As far as I'm concerned, you can take the sword from our dead fingers.

((OOS: That's not at all what I asked...how is Irvine able to tell what's going on so far away from him in such detail? We've used short distance Jedi telepathy before, so that's not the issue. ;)))

Aidan: This bull**** is getting on my nerves...come on, cowards, if you're going to fight us start fighting!

Marin: <Aidan, this might not be the best idea...>

((Okay, as the residant Jedi authorety, this is how it gos:

1. Verbal thought comunication over very short distances is possible, i.e. in the same room.

2. Empathic comunication over long distances is possible, however it requires considerable meditation or a personnal conection between the two Jedi.

3. Pain, or any other distraction severly weakens a Jedi's abilities.

4. There is no record of a long distance conversation between two Jedi, not even very powerful ones.

5. R Ivrine isn't an incredibly powerful or experianced Jedi.

6. The most he would be able to do would be to send an impression of his surroundings and his location to the other Jedi.

7. Anything he did send would carry with it the sensation of his pain.

You need to read EU Scar, or you're going to have to limit yourself to just the movies, you obviosly don't have the grounding for expnading beyond the basic Canon.))

Voice: So, instead of seeking a peaceful resolution you wish instead a battle in which there is the great possibility that you will be killed. So be it.

----------------------------------------

Heimdall: I'm glade to see we have so many diplomates in this group.

*Arrows begin to once again rain down upon the group. Large boulders strapped to rope begin swinging in front and behind the group.*

Misae: *just before the boulders start swinging* Be silent, Aesir. If you had wanted peace badly enough, you'd have given up the sword.

*She dodges a swinging boulder*

*Marin has become a large, heavy humanoid-shaped beast with cracked skin the color of dried lava. Through the cracks in the skin, a red glow illuminates the darkness around her. She grabs one of the boulders before it can hit her, and manages to swing it into another boulder with great force. Both crumble*

Marin: <It's no use standing around here! Let's get moving!>

Aidan: *barely avoiding being badly hit by arrows* COWARDS! Why don't you come out and face us yourselves?

*Marin picks Aidan up and hunches over, shielding him with the bulky, impenetrable body of her morph. Guy shields his face with an arm and starts forward quickly, closely followed by most or all of the rest of the group*

((OOS: Feel free to otherwise specify))

*Misae uses the Force to dodge the ever-thickening hail of projectiles. Marin simply continues to barrel forward, still holding Aidan. Guy uses a long metal rod to help deflect the thrown weapons around him. He fails to block one arrow, and it draws a streak of blood across his cheek in a glancing blow.

Raschel, unable to fire her blasters fast enough to defend herself, is reduced to covering her head with her mythril-covered arms and run*
