Redwing
Misae: What? What happened to "give us the sword or die"? Eh? Not so brave without your machine army to hide behind, are you? Aidan: *motioning to his still-bleeding arrow wounds* Well, you've given me quite a few decorations for my stay here, and I'd just love to return the favor. How about you start giving me reasons why I shouldn't. *He holds up his hand and crackles lightning across it to underline the point*
Admiral Odin
Dwarf: We were ordered to attack the carriers of the sword. They told us that those who possed the sword would be of an evil nature and were seeking a powerful artifact. It would be imperative that they not be allowed to get this object. Further more they told us we could take the sword as compensation. We where also told that the group that possed the sword would number no more then six. Probably less. Kuuki
*WH Irvine takes a quick mental note of whom were presant. Merely out of curiosity. Himself, Idun, Heimdall, Misae, Orthos, Aidan, Svafa, Marin, Guy and Rachel.* 'No more then six, eh? I wonder if who ever they're getting their intel from is. I don't like this.' Redwing
Raschel: Okay...we are severly not evil here. Misae: Let me guess, man told you, this tall, dark hair, flowing coat? *without waiting for an answer* Yeah, we know him. He's been real reliable lately. Reliably absent. I knew this was just a trap to get us killed. Marin: <We were warned that this quest would be dangerous...> Guy: I saw a man with a coat in a vision. *Flash* I am someone more powerful than you can possibly imagine... Guy: He called himself "T". He showed me Fenrir. Marin: <Interesting time to start comparing notes. I thought we had plenty of time to do that when we were waiting for Heimdall to forge this sword...> Aidan: Right then. *to the dwarf* What if I said I didn't believe you? Admiral Odin
Dwarf: No man told us anything. It was a woman, in your tongue her name would be Necessitiy. Heimdall: And what of the sword? What is so important about it? Dwarf: The sword was created ages ago by my ancestors. It is powerful and is the key. Furthermore it reinforces a person natural traits. Um..If a person has a pension for being evil then he will be come eviler so to say. Same if a person is naturally good the sword will reinforce that. It is so powerful it could potentially break spells that changes a nature of a person.
Redwing
Misae: Uh...well...I had a good guess, you have to admit that. And this doesn't change the fact that you tried to have us all killed! Marin: <The sword is the key? The key to what?>
Admiral Odin
Dwarf: We were never told that. Only that who ever possed the sword would do great evil. We were also told that if we failed we would be execute in a painful manner.
Redwing
Misae: Oh, well I think Heimdall here's safe. He's already done his great evil for the millenium. Right, Heimdall? Marin: <I think you dwarfs have been lied to quite a bit.> Raschel: So...what we've got here is some mystically mind-altering thing whose possessors are going to do great evil? And we need to carry it around to use as a "key"? Am I the only one here thinking "walking time bomb"? Marin: <We really don't "possess" this sword. We're just, er, borrowing it. Once we find out what we need to unlock with it, we can get rid of it. Problem solved. Right?>
Admiral Odin
Heimdall: Evil in the eyes of one person can be good in the eyes of another. We did what we had to. Be glade you weren't faced with our choice. Dwarf: We don't care what brings you here only that we keep ourlives. Heimdall: Fine go now and pray that Fenrir doesn't find you. Dwarf: Thank you my lord. *Without another word the dwarves suddenly disappear. A rumbling is heard and suddenly cracks appear in the back of teh cavern. Soon large stone rubble begins to fall from the cavern wall. This goes on for a minute. When the dust settles a new pristine door is revealed*
Deac
Orthos: I'd just like to get off this damn planet soon. Elella: Orthos, you mentioned you had to collect several pieces of something? How many are left?

Admiral Odin
*Heimdall approaches the door cautiously and peers inside. Beyond the door was another cavern. This one held a city that appeared to be in midst of a large battle. Buildings were on fire, gun fire could be heard in the distance.* Heimdall: Does the map indicate that we should head through the door?

Redwing
Misae: No. It doesn't explain how you found us here. This isn't exactly a galactic hotspot. And from what I've seen of Orthos' other relatives, not counting his dead ones, I don't see why we should trust you.
