Samuel Dravis Posted June 9, 2003 Share Posted June 9, 2003 I just found a nice little util that lets you have voice chat in any game. it is in the DirectX8.1 SDK thats available for download at microsoft.com. Its called VoiceConnect. It also comes with VB6 and VC++ source code, and many other examples of things you can do with DirectX. All you have to do is input the IP address of who you want to connect to, and then you chat. It has some lag, (1sec) but its better than nothing. DirectX SDK page BTW, the SDK is 173.7mb.
