Always keep up dreaming! Never die inside when you grow up!

I'm 32. I'm posting this 'cause I'm in the mood for it....

Hearing some nice music in the background...and write...

Maybe this is ridiculous I don't know.

I saw that many of you are at the age 13-20!

Just wanted to say...always keep the child within you alive, don't grow up to much. I saw it many times....some people seem to become urban zombies when they're getting old. They live in a prison of routines....work....behavior...interests (of course interests only an adult should have)...

unable to watch the sun and the moonlight, looking over the sea and dream...what would be if...Iwish I could fly....isn't it beautiful....

Of course you need to get work...and take your life serious. But don't die inside ;)

Not really, girls like *grown* up behavior..

I'm married for over 10 years now....believe me, I never met a girl before who loved me deeper than she does :)

And I don't mean that you should always behave childish....

But you'll understand....

Iyts that the NICE CHICKS, u know the ones for a good one night stand, dont like childish behavior, the best thing u can do is grow up real fast.

I'd say that's the worst piece of advice I've seen in a while. I honestly don't know why everyone is so eager to 'grow up' and 'mature'. If you want to 'get serious' just to date the right kinds of girls, then I'm sorry but you're trying to be 'mature' for the wrong reasons. And I've seen so many relationships among younger people just fall apart, because they're trying too hard. I didn't start 'courting' until I was 21, and didn't get married until 26, or have kids until I was 30. You don't have to rush anything.

We only have one shot at life, and should never feel pressured into a pattern of behaviour that isn't natural to us as individuals. One thing I've always frowned upon is peer pressure, and people telling you what you should be doing with your life. It's your life, and you should live it how you choose (within the parameters of the law of the land, of course).

As the resident 36-year-old, married for 10 years with 2 kids and a dog, I totally know where Wanderer is coming from, and I totally agree. Never give up on your dreams and aspirations, and don't rely on others to achieve them for you. Just because your body gets older, doesn't mean you give up enjoying the things you did in your youth. I play computer games...because I find them entertaining. Some people think that's a sad thing for someone my age to be doing...but while they're entitled to their opinions, I'm living my life how I choose. There's more to life than material things, and wealth, and status, and the work ethic. Sure, you have to work to make your way in the world...but don't make it the crux of your existence unless it's something you really enjoy doing.

There's a whole world out there, and for those who can, I recommend you explore it, and build up lots of great experiences you can look back on in later years. Don't turn into an 'urban zombie', and never feel that you can't have fun, whatever your age or situation.

That's really sad, can you damage your brain from not sleeping for that long? Just on energy drinks?

I don't think your brain actually starts suffering until four days or so. I'm just doing this to break Dath's record of 50 hours. In seven minutes, the record is mine! GAH HA HA HA!

I only find it hard to stay up for like 2-3 days because of not having anything to do....you play a game for 9 hours then get tired of it and are just sitting thinking what now?...then you get tired and because of that don't want to play anything and then it just sucks being awake....

but it's true right that you are listed as legally insane if up for 2 days...so you better not do anything!....:p
