Altus_Thrawn
We got a ton of weaponsmiths (no i'm not changing just pointing this out) 1)Bogey-already a weaponsmith 2)Tokalar-I qualify, saving up for training 3)Toonces-on his way (I think he's an engineer) 4)Donnie Darko-plans to be weaponsmith 5)Jan-considering it That sure makes for alot of weaponsmiths.... Donnie Darko
Please, don't take this the wrong way, but is there a problem with too many weaponsmiths? Sure, we have weaponsmiths and we would like it if people from the PA would buy their equipment from within the PA at some discounted price. Well, there's only about 60 people in the PA and not all of them are drooling over weapons trying to get their hands on them. I know this as I'm sure a lot of others do. This game is HUGE - just because people in our PA don't need weapons doesn't mean we should stop making them. Players are always going to need weapons, it's inevitable, and the SW:G economy is failry fresh. Sure, there are some top dawgs who 0wnz0r the market, but there are still some Weaponsmith's creaping up making better, cheaper weapons - that's what the player based economy is all about. So, I don't think it's a problem that there are possibly 5 weaponsmiths in the Associates. And think of it this way - if one of us does become some 00ber Weaponsmith that has good status on the market it could possibly draw more attention to our, soon to become, Player Owned City. Murashu
We have 5 weaponsmiths and I still had to go outside the PA to find my laser carbine and lightening cannon last night =)
Altus_Thrawn
True donnie Murashu many of us have just gotten there or are not there yet. (I just made it yestereaday) But there is a problem with the weapon ecomomy-How often do you need a new gun? Maybe once every two weeks you say, because then you qualify for a better gun. How about when you already have the best pistol or the best carbine? Then you'll need a new gun ever 2 months or so....except for better versions of the same gun, which makes higher level weaponsmtihs best.....hehe
Deathstalker
Altus this is so not true I go through a gun aevery 2-4 days. I jsut use tehm up and burn out there condition real fast and since any weaponsmith doesn't matter who does not have a great chance of repairing my weapon I'll have them try but they might fail so I need a new one. Cause of this Ibought 1 scatter pistol from Merchant for 11k great gun and then 4 more from Tead at 3500credits they are almost as good cause THe resources needed to make them are not available so that means another 3 weeks till a can get a scatter pistol. -=ReApEr=-
Lol ALtus do you sit in the cantina all day dancing around with your gun. I'm almost half way through my scatter and i got it two days ago. I got over 250k Pistol exp the other day. Just so i could get BH pistol 2 ^^ But oh yeah the point.. no ones gun lasts them 2 weeks.
Altus_Thrawn
What do you do to your guns? hit the enemy with it? overcharge? I've had mine about 4 weeks, its still doing good
Toonces
I'm not sure that I'll ever hit Master Weaponsmith, but I'm going to try. I'm at Novice right now. I don't think there's a problem with so many Weaponsmiths. It just means more Weapons around, and a better chance of getting what our players need, when they need it, and besides, who knows how much our PA will expand. Deathstalker
Altus I never use overchage, other specials yeahbut not that one it damages your gun but when you kill somehwere between 500-1000 animals a day and it takes me 2-10 shots per animal that is a lot of gun usage so Iburn through them quickly

Iwok
This is great, cool to have so many weaponsmiths in the guild. Any armorsmiths? O well, anyway, can any of you make an EE3 Carbine? Cuz i am looking for a new carbine. Just got Novice Carbineer. So i am qualified for the Elite and Laser and one other.. forget the name.. I know those 2 are unable to be made so i thought i would look for the EE3. Think ne1 can make me one? ill gladly pay you. Grask, If you read this maybe you could slice it for me. If you guys can make me one (or maybe even the laser or elite) send me an ingame email or tell. Thanks.
Altus_Thrawn
I don't feel like starting a new weaponsmith thread, so here's my plan: Firearms 1 (needed for bowcasters) Technique 1-2 Melee 1 Technique 3-4 Firearms 2 Melee 2 Firearms 3 Melee 3 Firearms 4 Melee 4 Master Weaponsmith
