I had a couple issues with slow down, but that may be my computer. I got to the "door of black" ok
I'll post more in the team member social group. That way, we can all see, and we won't have to report the exact same things in detail. If we see that someone else described a problem, we just have to second it.

I was actually thinking along the same lines. There's a local technical school here that just started teaching an iPhone\iPad app development certificate (http://www.nait.ca/18480.htm). The downside is that it is a series of 7hr/2day courses (8 total for 112hrs of instruction) that usually takes place during business hours. I'd have to take time off work to do them. For now, I think I'll try getting started with a "How to" book or two.
Send me a Facebook private message if you wanna talk about art for your project

I tried to e-mail the drexl files to you, but it came back as "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)". Maybe you could PM me a different e-mail address?

yeah, there's a lot of info that can be rearranged by using the TSLPatcher. It's quite a marvelous little program that Stoffe created. I got to understand it over time by making little mods, like my species specific feats mod. It's a lot harder to jump in all at once on a big mod like RoR.

QUOTE=is that picture an armor of yours
Yep. I made it for the Revenge of Revan mod, so don't expect it to be released any time soon. You can check out the RoR thread to see other screenshots of armours I've made.

hey, I noticed on LordRevan999's profile, that you have a Bendak Starkiller skin. What does it look like?

it should fire as soon as possible. That way, any other conditionals that require the PC's species will have the correct info to go on. I'll post more in the social group.
BTW, is there any particular "Logan" that your screen name is derived from? I was just thinking again of logos for our team member Mando armours.

say, I just saw your post about shiny metal in photoshop on SpaceAlex's thread. Try this tutorial
I found it by using the Advanced Search feature. I searched for "alpha channel" in the Skinning & Modelling section of Holowan Labs.
Hope it helps.

hey, I was looking at that Tusken model that you fixed animations on. I tried to open it with gmax (after making an ascii with mdlops), but I got an error, and it wouldn't open. I was going to try changing the neck & uvw map, but instead I had to work on an older (pre-animation fix) model. Can you think of any reason it wouldn't re-compile an ascii?
Should I make all the Small, Medium, Large Male & Female models first, then send them all to you to fix the animations?

yeah, that's the problem with any mystery; it's more intriguing when left up to the imagination, but your brain just wants to KNOW . I'm more of a DC fan (I still collect), but one of my friends is a long time Marvel fan. He's always bringing up the length of time that Wolverine was without his adamantium; if you're gonna do a stunt in comics, make it last a while. Not like Superman dying, then 4 months later they start bringing him back .
I'll try and work in some wolverine references on the shoulder pauldron of the Mando suit

I just took a peek, and she looks fantastic. I especially like the first pic, where she has a bit of attitude in her pose, her face and hair look great at that angle. It's kinda hard to see the neck tattoo in those shots. Did you use the bird I sent? No matter. Does the tat appear on both sides?

I followed all the standard advice for modding heads (there are plenty of tutorials). In short I:
1 - extracted her head model using Kotor Tool
2 - made an ascii file with mdlops (no animations)
3 - imported into NWmax (no animations)
4 - moved the ponytail mesh verticies around (I don't delete the skin modifier)
5 - moved the ponytail bones verts around too
6 - exported (it will have a sanity check or something, click ok or next or whatever)
7 - use Taina's Replacer. Only check the boxes for what's been changed. In this case, only the ponytail's mesh and bone (whatever their names are, I can't remember right now).
When all else fails, I re-read any instructions that came with the various programs.
