The most popular (and maybe the only) KotOR modding tool out there is the KotOR Tool, by Fred Tetra.

Same here. KotOR modding is easier, and you can more easily get new skins and models into the game.

Skinning is my favorite kind of modding to do. Its not always the easiest, but I enjoy it.

Those are modded disguises. Armor .uti's with a Mandalorian disguise property added to them. They reskinned theirs though, as the only colors in game are red, yellow, and blue.
