Kain
Of course Billy's gonna end up in jail. Cuz kids get bored with games and his dumbass parents left him there with no supervision. Idiots.
BongoBob
Gad, I've heard this crap over and over. It's stupid. There is no-one to blame but the parents . They bought him/her the game. They didn't give a crap about it. There is absolutly no-one except themselves to blame. I hate all this bullcrap, sojust give it a rest:mad: That will conclude my rant
Darth Eggplant
I think kids should watch Invader Zim, as Professor membrane says; "no son, video games teach children eye hand co-ordination and make them into better adults." actually like in the movie "toys" the CIA and Pentagon should train kids to control planes and tanks via the net and send them into countries they wish to "enlighten" with democracy. El Sitherino
you are all wrong, it's the kids fault if they didn't get what mommy and daddy were saying about right and wrong. If the kid does bad things it's the kids fault. The kid has free will, access to anything, and is uncaring, therefore the kid is doomed to be a homocidal maniac. Darth Groovy
Here is my take: It has been stated that children and teenage boys are prone to violence. All of us, even adults have anger and aggression. As we grow older, we learn values in life, and develope our own methods to control anger with positive actions. I don't think video games or movies make kids violent. Growing up, I watched many violent movies, and played tons of games. I have never killed anyone, because I always had the games and movies to act out my aggressions. Everyone needs an outlet. If you want to pretend your opponents in Quake II, are your co-workers, or the main villian is your boss.....so what? Better to blow off some steam bagging aliens, or terrorists in a video game that buying a gun and pulling the trigger. In the cases like Columbine, you will find that the children were very distant from their parents, meaning they had little supervisions, therefore the values they had yet to learn, were not taught to them. They imploded, and lashed out against their surroundings, then they killed themselves. It has been happening for several decades, yet each decade likes to find a new form of scapegoat. Some say Charles Manson was motivated by The Beatles. So what do you think?
Lord Blackadder
"Fear leads to anger... anger leads to hate... hate leads to suffering..." And you know what comes after that! So you see it all stems from them fearing something as children...
