jokemaster Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 Trust me, XBOX is heavy. I tried to carry my friend's and found out it was exactly what my idea of lifting it would be like.
Lynk Former Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 i've lifted one too... it's not that heavy... i didn't think so anywayz.
jokemaster Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 Did I mention that my muscles are non-existent?
jokemaster Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 I had an operation on my leg recently, so I haven't had a lot of exercise, thus my muscles are putty.
Nute Gunray Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 The thing isn't an 80 pound monster. I have textbooks that weigh more.
Lynk Former Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 lol yeah that's true, the X Box is mostly plastic just like everything else.
Jared Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 xbox is cool. although, they could have made it a little smaller I guess...I dunno.
Nute Gunray Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 most of the xbox is metal. There's this odd metal sheet that apparently has no use. A lot of the interior is empty space because of the way everything is. They probably could have wedged a second hard drive in no problem.
Lynk Former Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 all the extra space in there is just so it can breath, but they could've just done what Nintendo did with the CGN and put it all into a tiny package with a fan blowing through it, works the same way and it's not like anything is gonna fry since every game is designed to specifications to the system.

jokemaster Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 I thought I was the only one who played Diddy Kong Racing.

jokemaster Posted November 7, 2003 Posted November 7, 2003 I remember my suprise when I saw there were still space levels left after I thought I had completed the game. Rare knows how to continue a game, same in Banjo Kazooie, when everyone's relaxing and they tell you you have to go back.
Ray Jones Posted November 7, 2003 Posted November 7, 2003 yeah those spacelevels were cool.. it was hard enough to beat wizpig the first time.. but.. we killed him.. HARHARHAR!!
jokemaster Posted November 7, 2003 Posted November 7, 2003 I remember that I beat the dino boss by launching the multiple rockets powerup at him right at the end. It was funny, my friend and I were laughing all thorugh the winning cutscene, if you can call it that.
