Hey peoples! Its my first thread of November and here it is. What is your favorite sport and why? You can also talk about sports you like or hate (just no flaming). I'll start.

The three sports I like the most are Soccer, football, and track&field. I've played soccer the most though, since I was about 4 years old. I've only played football in gym and for fun, but I'm pretty good at it. Also, I started track last year. I had to do long distance where I ran 3 miles everyday.

Now, tell me about your favorite sport(s).

Eh, stop cringing! Your making me insecure! I like playing tennis for fun sometimes. I used to play baseball but because of the kids I played it with I don't like it as much. Basketball I like too, but the kids I play it with don't exactly make it fun (well, fun to watch because there is a fight breaking out every 3 minutes.):D

Lol, I think that might be the most popular answer in the forums. Way to go.

Skateboarding is pretty fun, I'm just not good at it ;). As for hockey, I've never had a chance to play it. I know, Its a huge shock.

PS:Kbell, didn't he say no flaming? Don't worry about it. In the end, the objective is to score more points than the other team, right

Ah I wouldn't consider that flaming. But don't you worry! I appreciate your help in the fight against rule-breakers! Keep it up!

The greates sport ever made was the one where people battle in a rink for 60min (20min a period) with only stick tools and the meaning of this demonic game is to put a strange disk into another weird obstacle with a net. For those who dont understand, i was talkin about Icehockey. Its the greatest and fastest game on earth. Maybe my opinion is goin to this game because i played it myself untill i broke my ****in wrist and couldnt play anymore. O well, you gain some, you loose some.

Other sports i like to do are soccer and indoorsoccer and the sports i like to watch are soccer and female tennis :naughty:

1. Baseball (got a scholorship to UNLV for 2 years w00t, sorry I just love bragging about that :p

2. Football (played some in High School, fun, but ultamately too time consuming)

3. Basketball (mostly just for fun, because it IMO is one of the most fun and can give you a great workout)

I've never played icehockey, let alone go ice skating. I bet it would be fun to play though.

P.S. YOU PLAY INDOOR SOCCER!? that is awesome. Most people that work in sports stores never even heard of it, and don't know that indoor soccer shoes exist! I did break my finger playing it though.

Off course its fun although it can be a bit aggresive at times. Im normally a very calm guy but when i got on that rink i forget evrything and put all my mind on the game which sometimes resulted me being in the penalty box.

The most fun part about it was that when you get better you get to like the game even more. I kicked on foolin around with my opponent. You know, skating towards him with the puck, doin some decks and playing the puck straight through his leggs. :D

Another thing is when someone is buggin you, you can skate towards him and give him a good hipcheck which results in him gettin some flyin lessons.

These things and the fact i played at 2 world championships off course make icehockey the best game.

And i can imagine you breakin your finger at indoor soccer because its very technical and the fact shot are extremly hard.

Many times i come home with brouses or a hurt ancle.

Hey I bet your pretty good at icehocky. I like how you can be more aggresive in hocky than you can in soccer.

The soccer team I am on plays against Juniors and Seniors (I'm in 8th grade). They get Po'ed because they cant get the ball from me :). Many try to hurt me to get me out of the game. One kid took my head and hit me against the wall (which isn't very tall). My neck hit the corner of the wall and I had a hard time talking. That got me out for a little bit. When I broke my finger, a senior pushed me against the wall to take the ball from me and I tried to keep myself up and my finger bent back. *crack* went my finger. Just last Sunday I had a game but I forgot to go. My friend on the team broke her arm at that game. I bet she wouldn't have if I was there. Soccer is a very dangerous sport!

European Football (AKA Soccer) is my favorite sport. I really enjoy playing Tennis, maybe I'll take it up as a sport next year. I also may play Basketball too, I'm not that bad at it. :)

Since when are there walls in soccer? Do you play indoor soccer or something? I hate indoor soccer, outdoor is always the best to play, jsut like any sport that you play on the grass. :)

Club soccer in the spring, indoor in the winter, and varsity in the fall... then captain's practices in the summer... I'm a year-round soccer guy. Our club team is Division 1 and we got to the State Finals but we lost to our A Team whose also Division 1 but we lost (First time in Mass. history that two teams from the same club played each other in the Finals).

Well you can be aggresive in soccer aswell. People sometimes call me the "knife" because of my tackles :p

And indoor soccer is a no-contact sport. Touching an opponent and your out of the game.
