jokemaster
^I'm not so sure because of the way the camera cuts away JUST when Harry takes off the mask
Sivy
thats just to add suspense to the trailer. in 99% of all superhero films, the villain always finds out the secret identity of the hero. In the comic harry osborne finds out that peter parker is spider-man and then discovers his father's secret lab and become the green goblin. i bet good money that it will happen like that and this film will end with harry becoming the green goblin. and in 3, harry as the green goblin will team up with eddie brock (aka vemon) who also knows parker is spider-man and they both will terrorise poor spidey. lukeskywalker1
Yeah, I sort of thought Harry might find out about Peter, and not kill him, sort of like in Dare Devil, when Electra stabs dare devil, she takes off his mask and find out that its really Matt, so she doesnt kill him

Still..... Am I the only one who thinks that Spidey should lie and say that the Green Goblin killed his father, and Spidey killed the goblin. It is technically true. Actually, after following up on IMDB.com, Dr Conners/Lizard is listed as being in the movie. My guess is that once Doc Ock is taken out, Lizard pulls his Hyde/Jekyll Routine which sets up the 3rd Spidey film:) Originally posted by IMDB.com The film features two other villains from the comics. John Jameson (son of J. Jonah Jameson) is the Man-Wolf and Dr. Curt Connors (presumably the same 'Dr. Connors" mentioned in the first film that fired Peter for being late too often) is the Lizard. Coincidentally, both are "Jekyll & Hyde" type villains in that they are good people who are transformed periodically against their will into their vicious, animal-like alter-egos. Darth Groovy
It will be hard pressed to see it surpass the first movie. Half the fun of the original film was the transformation of Peter Parker, into Spiderman. With that gone, they have to go into grave detail about his offections for Mary Jane, and then they have to tie in Doctor Octopuss. It may work, as it did for X2, but I am 50/50 on this one.
