Keshire proved it's possible to use character studio to do it, i suggest you use that method since the biped already is setup with IK chains (i find it much easier). B.You cant, unless you re-use the tauntauns bone structure/GLA: just like a human player model, your skeleton will be rejected by the GLA if the bones dont match. keshire Posted May 19, 2004 Share Posted May 19, 2004 MMmmmm, character studio. XSI won't actually recognize character studio as a skeleton though. At least not from what I've seen. keshire Posted May 19, 2004 Share Posted May 19, 2004 Create your skeleton with "bones" Name them apropriately. create your Biped. Biped is awesome for its IK solvers and animation helpers. on each bone of the original skeleton constrain the position and rotation to the corresponding bone of the Biped. darthviper107 Posted May 26, 2004 Share Posted May 26, 2004 Check your bone names and rename them, not just Bone01 and so on, something descriptive about it without spaces. Then try it again.
