Natty
My virus scanner keeps switching off for some stupid reason even though I've updated it and have all the latest plugins. Done virus scan after virus scan, not to mention checking for trojens and spyware. I don't understand why it keeps switching off. Like I'll just be happily away using the computer and the next second I'll get a popup from windows telling me it's been switched off and that I need to reconnect. I don't understand. Joshi
Does the software work directly with the internet? if so it could be that your ISP cuts you off every nw adn then and then reconnects you without you knowing. if you're viewing a static web page, it won't make a differemce, but the virus software make detect the disconnection and tell you about it. Or I could just be talking horse shit.
Natty
I don't know. I have cable if that helps. And it never seems to be with the same webpage either. Still, as long as no viruses or spyware is coming up I'm happy. I just find it odd as it's never done it before.

JofaGuht
Yes, MS stands for microsoft. It's a tabit file....I corrupted it by saving it while the computer was locking up. Bad idea. I'm not doing that again.
