RpTheHotrod Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 On the 9th, EQ2 will be out on the shelf. Who here will be getting it? If so, what server will you be on, and what class? I'll be on the official roleplaying server, as a high elf Illusionist (Qeynos). Name: Inchantdis Ordat

EQ2 seems to be really good but EQ was too adictive for me so EQ2 will be much more adictive...i won't get it

RpTheHotrod Posted November 8, 2004 Author Posted November 8, 2004 $12 is very cheap...you sure it's not $15?
hgwall44 Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 for the high quality that they will be using for EQ2 i bet it could be more than 15.
Acrylic Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 Wow, if you're willing to spend more than $5 a month on a game, you must either have a lot of money, or have no life...

RpTheHotrod Posted November 9, 2004 Author Posted November 9, 2004 Hate to break it to ya...but pretty much every single MMORPG out there has a minimum of $12 a month. EQ2 is $15 a month. I just suscribed. Hey...I have 3 jobs...

Not MERIDIAN 59!!! It is the cheapest MMO out there, and has cutting edge graphics! You know what? They just added MOUSELOOK so the experience is even more immersive this time! MMOs make me laugh and they also kill innocent children while letting people get hooked up and have more children to kill.
Thrawn42689 Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 I looked at a trailer, and the whole thing--huge armored mans, virtually naked women with boobies bigger than their heads, pretentious dialogue, et cetera--seemed painfully nerdy. I actually winced physically when I watched it. So no, I don't think so. WoW all the way!
Boba Rhett Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 Originally posted by Thrawn42689 the whole thing--huge armored mans, virtually naked women with boobies bigger than their heads, pretentious dialogue, et cetera WOW, WHERE DO I SIGN?

LightNinja Posted November 9, 2004 Posted November 9, 2004 go to http://www.gametrailers.com and see there the trailers of EQ2. i dont think WoW will be better, if EQ2 is just the half of EQ it will rock. Also there are free MMORPG like knight online which is really good in graphics
RpTheHotrod Posted November 10, 2004 Author Posted November 10, 2004 Just for fun, I made a video of a few emotes (animations) in the game. Enjoy! http://www.jaguarfx.net/hotrod/eq2.wmv
Agen Posted November 10, 2004 Posted November 10, 2004 Monthly fees just suck in my opinion... You're either minted or out of your mind. But Yay for the Evercrack fans
