stingerhs
just out of curiosity, why haven't you guys thought of getting a life outside of gaming??? i know it sounds like a difficult concept (for me it was, anyway), but why not??? go play some paintball, or join a band, or get a girlfriend/boyfriend (if your married, then spend some time w/ your spouse ), or go to the movies with some friends, or go ski/sled/snowboarding (if you have some snow), or just something something outside of the gaming world. trust me, its worth it to give yourself some time off. of course, coming back to it for kotor2 is definately a good reward for all your "labor". just a suggestion, of course. KOTORManiac
I've got a band, I went paintballing for my friend's birthday 2 weeks ago, I go skateboarding all the time, and I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend, and took her to the cinema yesterday, but I still have too much time on my hands, so I play games:confused: strange as it may seem.... Maybe my parents should ban me from playing all computer games till February.....Nah Originally posted by Ragnos I must admit i do spend way to many hours in front of the computer though Agreed, but I have nothing else to do...When school starts again I'll be a bit more occupied though
IlikeFandango
I'll be spending my time curled up in a ball, eating chocolate pudding and anxiously selling lemonade to try and raise the money to get it. P.S. A life OUTSIDE of gaming? What IS this madness you speak of!?
Boba Rhett
I'm not entirely sure but I hear tell that it envolves some sort of giant orange warm floaty thing. Craziness says I.

stingerhs
Originally posted by Ragnos I must admit i do spend way to many hours in front of the computer though:p Peace out! i know the feeling. i used to spend 4-8 hrs a day on my computer. of course what i did on it varied from surfing the web, gaming, chatting on AIM, more gaming, roving the forums, even more gaming, and eventually the clock would hit 2 or 3 am and i would finally go crash on my bed. all i have to say is that if your only socialization comes from chatting on AIM and responding to forum posts, then you really need to get outside some more. and if your like Boba Rhett, then you really need to leave that old 1950's nuke bunker w/ a T3 line. kookaburra
All this dam waiting is killing me:mad: Its such a pitty the game wasn't released without the glitches all together at the same time so the rest of the world doesn't have to wait. Darth333
Some of you may be wondering where your posts went. Don't worry, they have not been deleted Since this thread is for "all of those who don't have TSL" yet and since the character build discussion was starting to become "spoiliferic", I splitted the thread. starmark2k
As there is rougthly 4 weeks left of the suffering us who have to wait go through providing we dont go insane and homercidal (or suicidal whatever you prefer). what are you going to do to pass the time. personally me and a roomate intend to do the geekiest thing ever and watch all 3 star wars, all 3 lord of the rings films (full versions) in one sit in. which should take a couple of days and be a complete waste of time but hey i've been working hard for 5 months and i deserve it. stingerhs
^^^^ when you say the "full versions" of the LOTR movies, do you mean the extended or the theatrical versions??? if your going for the extended versions, well, ummmm, since you'll be sitting down for a good 10-11hrs.... *offers some painkillers for your aching legs* as for me, college classes have started back up again. so you can only guess whats going to hopefully be holding my attention.
