GAH! It's the word that talks about how a fisherman lies about the size of his fish. I keep thinking tall tale, but I thought it had to do something with fish. Any help would be apprciated.....

Sound like a 'fishing story' to me. Anyways, I use the terms 'big fish story' 'fish story' 'fish tale' 'fishing story' 'flat out lie'. Another one is 'fish jive' I think. Take your pick.
