Drakonnen
After seeing AiluraKnight's Slave Leia dancer outfit reskin, and needing a short break from the armor skins, I figured an Oola themed one would be in order as well: http://img48.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img48&image=meshdanceroutfit3cb.jpg The initial skin itself is complete, now I just have to transfer it over to the other skin shades. Once that is done, I'm turning AiluraKnight's skin and mine into two entirely new items to release as one whole Jabba's Palace Themes dancer skins. *Note: Even though this is technically a see-through Mesh/Gishnet outfit, I will NOT be making it anatomically correct, instead following the precedent set in the Return of the Jedi and Star Wars Galaxies tradition. So don't even bother asking...

StoneDragon
I just gotta say this. Looks like so many modders of TSL is concentrated on "clothes" of female characters, eh? Look at those numerous underwear mod.s on Pcgamemods. By the way. NICEEEE!!

I don't think thats necessarily true. This is my first female clothing reskin. All my other mods are armor and head reskins, and this was done because I needed a break from that and wanted to do something a little different. Glad you like either way though The Handmaiden reskin is now done, btw. Mostly the same, although its overlayed on her exact original skin tone, and the red jewels were changed to white to match her coloring: http://img215.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img215&image=meshdanceroutfit27qy.jpg

Drakonnen
Just finished the Visas Marr one, which was easy since she's the same skintone as Mira for the most part. Just changed the color of the crystals to more closely match her veil. Also, of course, I edited the appearance.2da to fix it so that Visas can wear the dancer outfits, as well as fixed the initial original dancer outfit .uti to add her to the equipable list. Drakonnen
Won't have to wait long. Just have to transition the Darkside skins over, but now that I have every piece isolated, it shouldn't take long and I should have it done tomorrow. What I really would love is some opinions on attributes though. There is going to be two new items, the Slave Girl Dancer's Outfit, and the Exotic Mesh Dancer's Outfit. For the Slave one I gave it: Persuade +3, Charisma +2 and Dexterity +2 (Hell, I figure they have alot of freedom of movement in them after all). For the Exotic: Persuade +4, Charisma +3, and Dexterity +3. I want to make them useful after all, and I want people to be albe to wear them alot in game, but I don't want to load them up unrealistically with defense attributes Anyone have any thoughs, opinions or suggestions on the stats they should get? You probably wouldn't need to bother with Persuade. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong, please) it's a PC only useable attribute... though it wouldn't hurt either in case you're using a workbench mod that uses the persuade skill (Darkkender's) Charisma & Dexterity definitely, plus...seeing as it's StarWars and anything is possible, you can always say that the arm-bracelets or collar are "implant technology" giving you a 'limited' excuse to add modifiers you'd like to see... (attack bonuses, speed, etc.)... Just an optional way of thinking so that you're not too limited The skins are fantastic however, so I don't think anyone would mind if you gave it the end-all-be-all stats. Most modders will customize it (stats) anyway if they think it's too powerful .. hehe

Good call on the armband implant idea. Maybe there is a special string of tese outfits developed by certain female assassin typess to distract their targets, then aide them in their attack. Ahh.. my bad, I completely overlooked the female PC factor.. oops...sorry I was too busy looking at the pics yeah.. that's it.... As for the Assasin guild-type description, that makes perfect sense (wouldn't be bad as part of the item description either)... good idea

Unfortunately, everyone might have to wait for this since, for the life of me, I can't figure out why the new items will recognize the lightside textures, but ignore the darkside ones and default back to the old ones. Once I figure out what the problem is, it'll be ready to go, so if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this, let me know.
Hades_One
Very nice indeed, but not anotomically correct? That is just sad. You know, some enterprising texture type person should make a male version. I mean, equal opportunity you know. Someone could make a story mod involving a female hutt.
vustare
Hey Drakonnen. Was wondering if you still working on this and if you were able to solve the texture issue? Am eagerly waiting for this one. Thnx.

Was wondering if you still working on this and if you were able to solve the texture issue? Am eagerly waiting for this one. Thnx. I'm actually working on refining the skins some more right now. I didn't actually "solve" the texture issue, but I did find a work around. I essentially disabled the darkside textures for only the dancer outfit in the appearance.2da file, which when missing, the game just defaults to what it considers to be the lightside textures for that item. So I made two versions of the Mesh Dancer Outfit and Leia Slave Girl Dancer Outfit, 1 for Lightside and Neutral, 1 for Darkside. That way each of them only needs to link to one texture anyways, and will always default to the right one, as on the darkside items, the darkside textures are just named as if they were the lightside ones. This will cause one minor issue though: In the Nar Shaada plot where you dance for the hutt, if you are a darksider, your body will still display as a lightsider, causing a slight mismatch, but the new 4 items, which are all better than the original anyways, will work perfectly Additionally, this pack will contain 2 fixes: Visas Marr can now wear the new dancer outfits as well (although she still won't agree to the dancing for the hutt), and the Hispanic looking models which used to point to the Black skinned dancer textures, making them look very odd (good job Obsidian) now link to the Asian textures instead which have almost the exact same skintone. Slight Issue: Visas' head model contains a black "turtle neck" which one would think would be part of her outfit, and this pokes out a bit through the gold dancer outfit collars, although its not really too noticeable unless you're looking up close, and most of the time is hidden by her hood depending on the angle. Might even be done tonight.
