No sleep...

Recommended Posts

lately my job schedule has caused me to lose many hours of sleep.

well, it's my fault mostly.

I could easily have at least 6 hours of sleep at night (which is what they would give me in the army. a guy can live on that)

if I would give up going out every night.

in the last 3 days, I've been sleeping 3 hours per night.

tomorow is my 20th birthday...(actually, acording to the time here, it's my birthday in an hour from now)

I thought of going out to celebrate, but once again, I have an early shift tomorow, and I'm pretty damn drowsy as it is.

I really want to go out and celebrate, but I'm so ****ing weak right now. I can hardly walk a straight line.

Happy birthday NiKo, 20 is where it all goes down hill... or so I've heard.

just to note, sleeping patters run in cycles of 4 hours, 1st hour is just sleep, the 2nd and 3rd hours are deep sleep and then the 4th is light sleep again, so it's always best to sleep 1, 4, or 8 hours (or 12, but you probably couldn't do that right now and that's just laziness) but a guy can live off of 4 hours sleep a night. It's not incredibly healthy, but it'd work.

Happy birthday for back then dude.

I feel your pain matey, had to do that a few years ago to fund some travelling.

At the moment i'm barely awake, just spent a week with uni mates on the south coast of wales. Absolutely shattered! Drunk every night, then next day spent running around all over the place climbing mountains, potholing, walking, goin downt pub and just general crazziness. I havent slept in my own bed for about 2 weeks cos the run up to the trip was a party on it's own!

Been home for about an hour. :biggs:
