grep
There are a couple of free programs you can use... http://www.fraps.com Fraps is probably the most popular. http://planetgamecam.com/ Gamecam is another. Then you're going to need some type of video editing program. Windows Movie Maker is ok, but very limited. If you want to get into more sophisticated editing, Sony Vegas 5, Ulead, Pinnacle's Studio 8.

Approching a capture point or making a kill changes the screen colour. I've had red, green, and yellow screens appear. Game Cam is great but it needs to be patched to be able to deal with SWBF. I've also tried the unregistered version of Fraps. The quality is not quite as good and it only records to AVI requiring masses of disk space for minimal length movies. It's also a bit buggy when trying to compile movies in a movie maker. Has a tendency to crash. I'd give the adobe premier pro a bash.
