Poll for the next mod is done. but fell free to keep voting for the next mod after Coruscant.

 

Coruscant is $85 done. i've speet the last 2hours on it. i got 2 areas for it. 1. the landing pad. and 2 the council room.

 

1. for the landing pad i used 301nar and made it where you just have access to the L path from the landing pad to around the corner. i made the top door the "transporter" and the door on the left a static untouchable door that leads to the rest of nar shadda and removed all characters/objects from the rest of nar shadda. thus this makes a nice landing pad :p i even have a few jedi on the landing pad area and 1 by the door that has a desk that you talk to before you go in. anyways check it out here:

I would love to see something coruscant related, but I don't think a return of the council would fit in with the storyline, and I don't know how you would do it (which would you would use).

 

I'm building coruscant world. it will be accessable after the battle of telos and you kill that sith lord on the battleship thats attacking telos. I will insert a point that you have an option to travel to corusant or goto malachor. if you choose corusant the story plays out that the jedi came out of hidding after hearing that sith lord is dead and go to courasant to gather. but you go to corusant to warn them that there are 2 sith lords left kriea & Sion. and you tell them or they tell you to go to malachor.

 

so thats what i would do with corusant.

Well, if you could get that accomplished, I would be very impressed, and have lots of fun with that mod. It would be awesome. ;)

here is a little data i can give you sofar on corasaunt.

 

1. the jedi council room is in 950cor ( i just have to copy all the files from that rim and delete all the trigers and stuff and just have a script that does onenter: goto(xyz)

2. i'll make my council npc's & my own .dlg's up & probably find people for voice acting (if i can figure out how to import them such as .mp3 to .*

* being whatever swkotor2 uses)

3.i'll probably use part of the droid planet as part of the corasaunt world. ( crap, i wish they had taris in TSL i'd use that)

 

thats about all i can tell you for now untill i can get in and mess with it. if it wins the poll. i'll wait probably untill tommarrow and see how the poll is doing then stop the poll and work on the winner.

Hmmm... A Nar Shadaa side quest mod would be good, since one of Darth333's mods unlocks the doors in the Nar Shadaa docks... There's nothing there, and it looks like a good area for side quests, maybe merchants.

 

However, I think a Coruscant mod would be a VERY good idea. Maybe you could have the council go to Coruscant rather than Dantooine... It seems very fitting... The exile returning to the place he/she was exiled, to meet with the council again, and have them pass judgment on him/her again... Or returning to his/her place of exile to realize he/she has gotten his/her revenge... Sounds good.

 

Naturally, you would have to make a few changes, such as removing the stone pillar in the center of the chamber. It would make sense, since the exile destroyed it, and because the exile has to fall down in the center of the room... The pillar would get in the way a bit. :rolleyes:

It would probably be a good idea (if you choose the light side) to have the council sit down on the chairs.

You might want to change the music in the council chamber to the music from the rebuilt enclave, so it has a similar atmoshpere.

Okay randydg, no offence intended, but it already seems to me that you've chosen Corusant. so it kind of destroys the the object of a poll.

 

but anyway.

 

I Was Wondering, you've got these four things on your poll, i was wondering if you had a bit more information on what your planing on doing for EACH of them?

 

 

Return to Perogus - to me it got obliterated (destroyed)

 

Corusant: return of the council - you've made 82% so far.

 

Nar Shadda sidequests - What do you intend on fixing / adding?

 

Ebon hawk fixes (add swoop bike & other misc.) - same as above.

 

I know this sounds annoying but, its not just for me, its also for other ppl to make an informed decision, giving you more satisfaction in your work. (becoz more ppl say how good it is)

after 4 votes for 1 i desided to go with it and still use to poll for an order of mods.

1.perogus was badly damaged not destroyed completly.

if you remember they sent an investigation and was able to recover data from the terminals.

 

2.Nar shadda - probably going to add hut quests to make him more usefull. and probably going to add a quest to the man by the pad that tells you he will come get you if you if he finds anything out. and thats all i can think of right now for nar shadda.

 

3. Ebon Hawk - adding the swoop bike ( mainly for looks) going to add a cutsceen that when you land on Nar SHadda your warp

engine malfunctions and you have to find the part to buy in nar shadda so this one is for both ebon & nar shadda. can't think of anything else right now.

I'd vote for fixing the hidden area at the docks. As was said earlier Darth 333 unlocked em' for us. I think that would make a killer place for a "sith" merchant as well as an exchange merchant, advanced droid parts and upgrades vendor.

 

You could extend the quest from one of the "apartment people on the docks" or you could utilize the "bith quest" to make it a bit more endepth.
