Carlos74
Hi I'm new here. Just finished Kotor I and am about to start Kotor II. I have a problem and I apologise if this has been asked before. I've started to enjoy using mods for both games however for some reason I am now no longer able to access pcgamemods.com anymore. I was able to a couple of weeks ago. Looking on their forum which I can access, a few other people have the same problem, however i cannot find the link to become a member of the forums. I understand that maybe the website owner is changing some things, but has anyone else had problems accessing the site? If so have you managed to adjust some of your internet settings to access it? I use Firefox and Internet Explorer. Thankyou for yor time.

I don't recall ever having to register to post over there? When you go to PCGM, does anything at all load up, or are you getting an error message? If it doesn't load at all, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies... If something does load up, look to your upper right on the screen and you'll see a Login button/link... If all else fails, run a malware/spyware cleaner program to make sure you're not infected with anything. Past problems accessing the site was caused by such "nuisances"

Carlos74
Right just got back from work. Ran Adware and Spybot - still cant access site. downloaded Opera and still won't work. The forums that I can access i cannot sign in. My screen just goes white. The page I get when attempt to access pcgamemods is the following: --------------------------------------------------------- The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings. Please try the following: * Click the Refresh button, or try again later. * If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly. * To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). * If your Network Administrator has enabled it, Microsoft Windows can examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings. If you would like Windows to try and discover them, click Detect Network Settings * Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed. * If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0. * Click the Back button to try another link. Cannot find server or DNS Error Internet Explorer -------------------------------------------------- To be honest this is really fustrating me as I've enjoyed using some mods but would like to try some others. I'll get back to you shortly I wanna try somethings out, if anyone has any ideas - it might be a router problem but i doubt it, please lend me any help you can think of. Laters. Carlos74
Sorry about not posting enough info. but as you all know it's difficult over the internet, especially when you get that common message. I've followed all the ideas by microsoft and tiscali and still no luck. Having searched the net, many other people have the same problem as me, so I'm hoping that it is a server side problem and will soon be resolved. until then no new mods for me
