stingerhs
i just figured that if i was going to release a darkside transition mod, why not a lightside one as well?? anyways, the music isn't that different other than its a much higher quality music file than the one included with the game, well, and it is a bit more subtle, although not much. from the readme: Lightside Transition Music Mod by stingerhs _____________________________ this is a pretty basic mod that changes the lightside transition music into something i thought would be a bit more suitable. to use it, simply place the file into your Override folder, not in your StreamMusic or StreamSound folders. tk102
It really makes you wonder why this wasn't the default lightside transition music. Good move stingerhs.

test
Awesome job! Might I ask which Star Wars track this was ripped from? I'm looking for a good, plain rendition of the Force Theme. The ones I found in Light of the Force and Binary Sunset were somehow lacking, but this was almost perfect

stingerhs
Awesome job! Might I ask which Star Wars track this was ripped from? I'm looking for a good, plain rendition of the Force Theme. The ones I found in Light of the Force and Binary Sunset were somehow lacking, but this was almost perfect sry to take so long to get back to you. i don't check this forum too often. anyways, i got it from 'Binary Sunset'. apparently, a little bit of editting went a long way to make you think otherwise. test
Ahh. In my version of Binary Sunset the background fluttering of flutes (?) is much more pronounced. I see where it's from now
stingerhs
thats where the 'Fade In' and 'Fade Out' functions come in handy: they make bits of songs sound like a stand alone track, assuming you make the proper cuts to make things as smooth as possible.
