I have crossfading on my Winamp, but you cant' use the feature for burning.

and I cant' really find the option on my Nero.

who would have thought such a simple feature would be so hard to come by.

Odd, Nero is supposed to be abled to burn with crossfading. Maybe the older or newer versions, depending on what you have.

Maybe try CD Architect.

iTunes has some sort of Crossfading feature. Not sure if it burns with crossfading, but it would be worth a try.

Yeah, WMP has crossfading to, but it also doesn't burn that way. Pity, but there you go. I've never really found a need for it in CD's, I listen to my CD's on random anyway.

...You could do it manually: Take the WAVs and edit them in something like Audacity, adding the crossfade "by hand"... It's a lot of tedious work, though...

Or you could use SoX, "the swiss army knife of sound processing programs". It's a command line utility, you'd have to find out how to use it for mixing/crossfading and write a simply batch-script that applies it to all your files... Would be the geeky way to do it (read: may actually take longer than doing it by hand (when you only need it for one CD, that is), but involves more learning and less tediousness :D)...
