PR-0927 Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Yep, to quote my description at the link: YEAH!! It's my last actual map! I'm just going to redo some of my other maps until SWBF 2 is released, then map for it! This map is my only infantry only map. That's a tongue twister... This map is structured like the battle of Omaha Beach... Well, enjoy, and READ THE README FILE!! - Majin Revan The link to it is: http://starwarsbattlefront.filefront.com/file/Naboo_Kaadara_Coast;45705 - Majin Revan
McCusto Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 I absolutely love your maps, Majin Revan I am certain I will love this one, too
McCusto Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 Wow, this is an excellent map. I love the jedi and sith, I love how the Sith's health regenerates, and how the sith lightning and jump sounds. Force Kill is also great. I didn't try the Rebel Jedi, but the Sith is superb, I hated how the other lightning sounded like lightning from the JK video game series, not the lightning cannon. I give this map a 11/10
Leviathan Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 I'm curious to have a look of this new map... I think I won't be disappointed...
Leviathan Posted August 6, 2005 Posted August 6, 2005 I feel I can trust you... Whereupon, I'm going to give a try to this map...
quixter Posted August 7, 2005 Posted August 7, 2005 That is a tight map! (at least it looks like it) Go Majin Revan
Leviathan Posted August 7, 2005 Posted August 7, 2005 As you say... I've tried it, and now, it belongs to my small collection of maps...
quixter Posted August 7, 2005 Posted August 7, 2005 What other maps have you made Majin Revan? Or is this your first? (it doesn't look like it:) )
PR-0927 Posted August 7, 2005 Author Posted August 7, 2005 I have made a ton of maps. Search Majin Revan on SWBF Files to look for them all. Thanks again, you all! - Majin Revan
McCusto Posted August 7, 2005 Posted August 7, 2005 Majin Revan, do you think it is possible to release a v2 of the map that makes it lighter? :/ Thanks in advance, McCusto PS: This is my favorite player-made map so far! I look forward to seeing your Battlefront II maps!
quixter Posted August 7, 2005 Posted August 7, 2005 I have made a ton of maps. Search Majin Revan on SWBF Files to look for them all. Thanks again, you all! - Majin Revan Where is that?
PR-0927 Posted August 8, 2005 Author Posted August 8, 2005 McCusto, I made is dark on purpose. It's raining, has a cloudy sky, and is lightning and thundering... Thanks, you all! (Especially McCusto, LOL.) - Majin Revan
Leviathan Posted August 8, 2005 Posted August 8, 2005 It must be good then Leviathan?! I am very selective with SWBF's maps which I play to... Regarding Majin', I think he deserves much this last sentence in his signature... ("Star Wars Battlefront major mapper.") By the way, nice work (As usual) with your last map...
{TF}Revan Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 this is cool actaully better than waiting till november to play as jedi
McCusto Posted August 9, 2005 Posted August 9, 2005 McCusto, I made is dark on purpose. It's raining, has a cloudy sky, and is lightning and thundering... Thanks, you all! (Especially McCusto, LOL.) - Majin Revan LoL, I just realized that >.<
quixter Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 I need to download a map but I'm not sure whitch one? I started a new thread but no one has replied?http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=150687 (except for Leviathan )
SBF_Dann_Boeing Posted September 2, 2005 Posted September 2, 2005 The map is awsome as with all of your others. Can you make another source file pack that includes kaadara Coast And Geonosis Arrival? Cuz I could some of those jedi AI you created in a map that I've been working on (SBF Korriban: Planet of Lost Souls). Personnally I'm horrible with XSI and skinning :compcry: and the stuff you create is awsome.
Leviathan Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 Knowing Majin' habits, he'll probably release other Source Packs... But only him will able to give you a true answer...
