I'm Slightly Confused

The Doctor

Recommended Posts

I don't get something. Palpatine speaks to Anakin of a Sith Lord named Plagus(sp?). Was he reffering to his own Sith Master? I've asked some of my friends about it and we have mixed opinions. Could I please get a definitive response?

Another thing:

Do you think that Lord Plagus was Anakin's "father"? Palpatine said he could manipulate the midaclorians(sp?) to create life. Could he Anakin have been created in order become apprentice to Plagus, not Sidious? Maybe this would explain why Anakin's midaclorian count was so high - he was created by them.

Just something to think about.

Yeah, Lucas did say he left that open for fans to speculate on it, but to me it's quite obvious that Sidious or Plagius did not create Anakin. But I'm sick of telling my reasons why, I've been involved in this discussion many times.

Because we all know Jesus is the only character in a story born with no biological father.

the *only* ?? c'mon sithy, you know that aint so. Though in the western world, jesus is indeed the most well known of such characters... mythologies from all parts of the world are littered with heroes of virgin birth :p

anyway, this topic has been indeed discussed to death :p That link above contains all the relevant answers, and is a more appropriate place to continue this purely Ep3 related discussion... go there !

Hence no need to go through it all again here

closaged :)
