Beryl had a sinking feeling that something really bad was about to happen, and this feeling made her even more worried for Cloud.

"Just tell Cloud to quit acting like a stupid, selfish, sodding nerfherder and get back here ASAP!" Beryl blurted out to Ryshana. She cleared her throat, slightly embarrassed that she was showing a bit more emotion than was necessary for someone she worked with. "Only a bit more... diplomatic-like," she added. "Just convince him he's making a big mistake, and now is not the time to pursue a vendetta. That's what Jedi were supposed to be good at, right? Convincing people?"

"Just tell Cloud to quit acting like a stupid, selfish, sodding nerfherder and get back here ASAP!"

Ryshana turned her head and looked sideways at Beryl.

"Only a bit more... diplomatic-like," Beryl added. "Just convince him he's making a big mistake, and now is not the time to pursue a vendetta. That's what Jedi were supposed to be good at, right? Convincing people?"

"Depends on the Jedi," Ryshana replied as she sat in the chair that Nic cleared open. Flipping a couple of switches, Ryshana connected to the Headhunter's comm system. "Hey Cloud," Ryshana started calmly. "We're not going to try to stop you, but before we let you go, I need you to ask you something. You see, we know that you want your vengence on Sephiroth for killing someone you love. I know this may sound strange coming from a Jedi, but I also know exactly how it feels whenever someone takes the life of someone you deeply love and cherish.

You and I both know that extracting vengence isn't going to take away the empty feeling we have. So, I have to ask: what exactly are you trying to solve by getting your vengence?"

"For about 2 years, I have been having nightmares about Aerith's death." Cloud started. "Over and over, they have tormented me. It is because I couldn't deal with Aerith's death. When I finally learned to live with it, the nightmares wouldn't stop. That is when I realized that they were telling me that I wasn't at peace with myself. Sephiroth has killed many innocent lives. That is why is must kill him: Not only avenge Aerith's death, but to avenge every single life that he has destroyed. Only then will I find peace with myself."

Nic listened in on Ryshanas Conversation and was confused by what he was hearing. 'she knows how he feels' he thought 'Love is forbidden for a Jedi'. Nic wasn't sure if Ryshana was lying to the enginneer, although he knew jedi weren't suppose to do that either. Then again she had been out in the 'real' world for what must be nearly nine years now, she had to survive and being a female Jedi twi'lek in this galaxy was no easy task.

Nic too knew the pain of loosing someone close to you, but he also knew the guilt from killing someone. It was pain he had learnt to live with for many years now and had tried to forget many times. The past couple of days have been difficult for him as somthing seemed to be trying to remind him and was bringing the memories back to the surface.

Nic looked down at the sensors and noticed somthing odd, Sephiroth didn't seem to be going anywhere. He could only travel in a strait line in Hyperspace and his direction led nowhere but deepspace. He couldn't hide in the middle of nowhere, so why was he going in this direction. "Somthings Wrong, I have a bad feeling about this."

"Something's wrong," Nic said as he looked at the sensors. "I have a bad feeling about this."

Beryl peered over Nic's shoulder to see what he was seeing on the sensors, her tactical pilot's mind kicked into overdrive and her bad feeling got even worse. Her stomach began to do flip-flops as she quickly realised what was happening. She only hoped it wasn't too late to do something about it.

"He's baiting us," she said softly. "Staying out of range, but staying close enough to keep Cloud interested.... Sephiroth's baiting us, Nic! I've used that same tactic myself a hundred times before. It's a trap!"

Ryshana turned around as she heard them say it was a trap. Remembering the vision of the crew members and the sound of Vader's breathing, Ryshana suddenly realized exactly what was happening. Looking over at the hyperspace computer, Ryshana noticed that they were almost at the coordinates. "Y'eesiola treibbaba dev robba," Ryshana cursed in twi'leki. "Nic, you might want to start prepping for combat. Let's just hope somebody doesn't bring an Interdictor to the party."

Moving back to the communicator, Ryshana quickly calmed herself again, and she then pressed the button to speak with Cloud. "Peace never comes through vengance. Vengance simply leads you down paths that you don't want to take. Look at your hyperspace computer. Those hyperspace coordinates lead to nowhere. Do you truely believe that Sephiroth is leading you a place where the final duel will take place? He is an agent of evil, and he does not work alone. This path you're taking is leading all of us into grave danger."

As they dropped out of hyperspace behind Cloud, Beryl's eyes widened as she saw the massive ship looming in the Echo's projected path. She hadn't expected to see an Imperial Star Destroyer. Maybe a Dreadnaught, but not a Star Destroyer. But even though she knew they were in serious trouble, she couldn't help being in awe. She'd been lucky enough during her travels never to have seen a Star Destroyer in person--only specs from an engineering seminar she had attended once when she worked for Incom-Subpro. It didn't even begin to compare to the drawings.

"It's huge," she said in a reverent whisper. "Solar ionisation reactor, 60 turbolaser and 60 ion cannon batts, 10 tractor beam projectors... and six TIE squadrons." She paused a beat. "We're farkled."

Beryl snorted suddenly. "Don't suppose there's any chance you can use Jedi persuasion to convince the commander of that thing that we're friendly and just passing through?" she asked Ryshana tentatively.

As they came out of hyperspace, Ryshana instantly felt a wave of Dark Side energy pulse through her body. It was a presence that she had been trying to avoid for years.

Oblivious to Beryl's question, Ryshana stood up and stared at the Star Destroyer. "Vader," Ryshana stated ominously. "Nic, now would be a very good time to leave."

the name sent a shiver down Nic's spine, He had heard rumours of Palpatine's right hand man many times. He was the personification of evil, even more so the emperor himself, Vader was one to be feared.

"i'm having a tendancy to agree." Nic hit the intercom "clould turn around and..." Nic couldn't finish his sentance before bothe craft got caught in the tractor beam, nic switched off the Comm.

"With the exception of that Drunk with a lightsaber on tatooine, i ain't seen a single force adept in over 10 years and in the past 2 days I've come across 3... two of which want to kill us. "

Oliver heard the mess outside his room, and runned to Nic and the others. "Oh no, not good" he thought to himself, while he saw the big stardestroyer.

"Maybe we shall surrender? I don't think we wil stand a chance. Especially not against that "Vader" fellow".

"Well, I'm not surrendering," Beryl said, folding her arms in a defiant pose. "But even so, I suggest we power down the engines, before they get damaged from the pull of the tractor beams. Better to have an intact ship with engines and a hyperdrive that works, just in case we do ever manage to escape," she added.

Her eyes narrowed in pensive thought. "Maybe they don't know how many of us are on board." She looked at Jana. "You have a pretty good hiding place," she said, thinking back to where Jana had run away to be alone after their fight earlier. She looked at Oliver. "And he might be able to fit into that space with you. I know it's risky, but maybe you two could hide, and then come and get the rest of us when it's safe?"

"The real danger is if they know that I'm on board. The penalty for harboring a Jedi is very harsh," Ryshana stated. Turning to Nic, Ryshana said, "You remember what I was going to do last time with the space suit, right? Given that this Star Destroyer has to dock us externally, we could go for the same tactic."

"No, no," Jana murmured, frustrated. "They're pulling us inside!"

Perhaps from Sephiroth's demands, the Headhunter and the Echo were being pulled into the Star Destroyer.

"This changes things slightly," she said. "Ryshana, you'll want to hide your lightsaber. I've got some places it could go that they wouldn't even think to look."

Turning to Beryl, she said, "And I don't like the idea of hiding, but if it means getting the rest of you out of a cell, I'll do it. But just me. You'll need as much help as you can get and one person can hide better than two."

"Io'hanna fierfek," Ryshana once again cursed in Twi'leki. "I'll be right back," Ryshana stated quickly as she headed for her cabin. Quickly taking off the robes, Ryshana put the brown leather outfit back on. Grabbing her lightsaber from the shelf, Ryshana then returned to the cockpit.

"Here, now hopefully this is the only thing that shows that I'm a Jedi," Ryshana stated as she handed the lightsaber over to Jana.

"You'll need as much help as you can get and one person can hide better than two."

"Hey! I'm not that bad to hide myself! But - they will find us anyway. They will seach the whole ship. From top to bottom. And if that "Vader" will come to the ship, he will find us fast, if he is a jedi. I don't want to surrender, but our chances to survive against Vader, is not very good".

"Wait, They can't be certain it's us who have a Jedi, We were jamming scanners before... We act as if we have nothing to hide." Nic quickly switches off all jamming devices, They hadn't scanned the Echo let as they were concentrating on the headhunter. "Jana go hide just incase things wrong, Ryshana, we all have new fake ID's i suggest we use them."

As Beryl took her fake ID from Nic, she looked at it, then frowned, then snorted. "Oh man, Nic, you got ripped," she said, with a small chuckle.

She flicked the card with her finger. "Garajaminder Falsootaavichykar?" she read, then looked up at him questioningly. "Do I really look like a Garajaminder Fal..." She looked down at the ID again. "Fal-soo-taa-vichy-kar? Not that I don't appreciate your effort at getting us alternative identities, but I can barely pronounce this."

Oliver looked at his ID with a sad "smile". "Gordon McClary. Why does i always have the normal names and not the stupid names?" He grinned, and took a gulp from his little Juma juice bottle.

"Oh, no!" he thought to himself. The bottle had the illegal juma juice in! Oliver took his bottle from his shirt, and looked chocked on the bottle (Beryl should know it now).

And - suddenly he throwed the bottle on the ground. "SMASH!". The bottles contens begins to get out from the crashed bottle.
