TegSkywalker Posted April 21, 2006 Posted April 21, 2006 I was just curious if anyone on this board has the Xbox version of JA and plays it online on a regular basis. I rented it a few years ago and I found the multiplayer to be just like Jedi Outcast with more options and maps. P.S. I originally wanted to ask if it works online with the Xbox 360. Since JA is backwards compatible with the new system I was also wondering if it was just single player or multiplayer as well. EB is charging close to $20 for a used copy and some people on the Amazon marketplace are charging at least $30. Same goes for Jedi Outcast on the Xbox.

If you have a problem with all the nine-year olds, Xbox live gives you the magic ability to mute them away. It turns anyone who annoys you into a harmless threat. Or at least makes them have to beat you to annoy you instead of screaming all the damn time. It works on a 360 pretty well. The is a very small amount of lag that other players get when playing against a 360, at least when you get into locks and that kinda stuff. Most of the good players aren't on till late. Most people use privacy settings so only people they know can get in. Good people are there it just takes a while to find them. My gamertag is "XAtomskX" if anyone wants to look me up.

darthgrizavy Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 If you want to play this game again, and have fun like the old days, get MovieBattles II a mod like JA+ but much better in the classes and general star wars feel. Check out the screenshots thread at the top of this sub-forum for an idea of what MBII is like minus the DOP map pack.
