Lightsaberboy
Doesn't have as much potential as this though. xD they better keep it as accurate to the source material as possible if they want it to be great!
Trex
While we're on the subject of vid games to film adoptions, how about the upcoming Hitman film (as in Codename 47/big bald guy with barcode on back of head)? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0465494/ It's got a decent cast and Luc Besson (as in Leon) on an executive producer level, so I'm cautiously optimistic. Yep, someone better piss themselves from spending too much time working on their stat points, then spend a good half a day rebuilding their happiness XD

Sir Phobos
I never played that game but I hope it turns out good for you guys. Truthfully I'd be surprised...after what they did with AvP and Doom. The fact that Fox isn't behind it is a good thing, Disney just might do a good job.
StormHammer
A PoP movie might actually turn out alright, if they get the right cast and come up with a decent plot. I mean Sands Of Time was a great game, but it was largely about running around solving puzzles and fighting enemies. You can only do that so much in a movie before it gets boring. MrWally
If Michael Bay did as good a job with Transformers as people seem to say, then I'm pretty pumped.
