Agent 47 on the big screen

I'm disappointed, because the actor seems like a kid, compared to the Agent 47 in the game.

Yeah, I suppose the actor was a poor choice. However, if they shaved Timothy Olyphant bald (and I mean BALD, with no specs of sprouting hair what-so-ever), build up his face a little more to make him older, I reckon he could pass as the real Hitman.

As far as I can tell, I haven't seen a movie staring Timothy Olyphant. So I can't really judge his acting skills without seeing them. But yeah, Ben Kingsley would have done it nicely.

Yeah, I guess he would, but I think he is an amatuer actor, and with Hitman being an awesome game, I hope they don't **** it up.

Lets just hope they don't. 'cause if they do, I will never play Hitman ever again!

I've just watched the trailer; the Movie is lookin' good so far. Now I will have to wait till it comes out in cinemas for further results.

I'll still play Hitman, but I'll bomb the director's/producer's house for ruining the movie.

well, he played the bad guy in the latest Die Hard movie, and he did a decent job.

and i, for one, think that too many people are placing too much importance on how little Olyphant resembles 47 (or at least the perception thereof). if i remember correctly, people were saying the same thing about Daniel Craig in his role as 007 in Casino Royale, and that movie turned out extremely well in large part due to Craig's acting. i think that you people need to lighten up and give the guy a chance at least till the movie is released. i hate it when people are so convinced that someone is guilty until proven innocent.

that's my two pennies on this thing. ;)

Yeah, you're right. I thought Daniel Craig was gonna do a terrible job playing James Bond, but he played it off nicely. So I suppose I could say the same thing about that Timothy Elephant xp.

Now I remember who he is! He stared in Gone in Sixty Seconds, The Girl next Door, and some other films. He did an okay job in those, but I shall remain in doubt of him being Hitman until I see the movie.

The cynicism, at least on my part, stems from the fact that they are making a movie on a franchise as great as Hitman. Games are games and cannot be movies, just like books. If they make a game-to-movie, they do it real good, or they don't do it at all. :p
