Empress Padme
Natasha noticed Keld drifting from the traveling group. She whispered to Nema." Follow him." They followed him from a short distance.
starmark2k
It had been less than a few hours since the group left the city for their noble journey to the dark lands. All had been quiet as they followed the old little used path that would lead to the Ruins of Harrison. Stathorn led the fellowship of Men, Elf, Dwarf and Valkyrie silently keeping an ever-watchful eye open at the road ahead of them. Suddenly Stathorn stopped his horse and raised his hand to the rest of the group so they would do the same. The legionnaire sniffed at the air like a predator hunting its prey, a most foul stench was in the air coming from up wind, the smell off rotting flesh and death. He turned his ear upwind and started to hear the sound of large animals charging but with it the clashing of armour, With his eyes widened Stathorn in realisation he took out his sword. “Prepare yourselves!” Over the small hill in the the not too far distance his realisations became solid when he saw the figure of a man come into view, a large man with horns, a Minataur. He was soon joined by a smaller figure wearing armour, this one was a Goro, half man half gorilla. Behind these too figures more figures could be seen both that of Minataurs and Goro, 30 of each holding their axes or swords high and rattling them in a cry for war. The Beast captains then raised their weapons and growled before lowering their weapons to point at the fellowship. The beast men charged as fast as the could toward the mounted group which caused to Stathorn to sheath his sword and take out his bow with and arrow. Taking a brief moment to aim he launched a single arrow to a rapidly closing Goro and pieced the space at their neck between his helmet and chest plate. The Goro fell to the floor not quite dead, but that wasn’t to last long as he suffocated trying to remove the arrow. Stathorn took his sword out again and raised it high. “For the Gods!” With that Stathorn and Seban began their charge o horse and dragon alike, the dwarf raising his hammer over his head while holding Lighhammers reigns in the other. It wasn’t long until the dwarf got to do what he was good at as they clashed with the Soldiers of Abtai, One quick swing of his hammer and it virtually crushed the skull of a Goro. ((OCC- ok peeps go nuts and start your killing frenzy, I’m not to bothered about how many get killed or how you do it but when it’s logical to finish the fight I will end it and move on.)) CountVerilucus
A goro leaped through the air descending upon Keld. He quickly drew one of his pistols and put a ball between its eyes. The beasts were closing quickly so Keld backed up and began drawing his pistols one by one taking down a foe with each shot. His senses told him a group was charging from the left but was quickly brought down with a shot from the blunderbuss. Realizing he was out of shots and this was no time to reload he dropped the gun on the ground and drew his cutlass. Good thing when training to fight on horseback at the academy he paid attention. Keld slashed and stabbed, then drew on his powers. To his perception, time slowed down suddenly and he could block and counter every strike directed towards him with deadly swiftness. Alkonium
"ONWARD, TO VICTORY!" Curudir shouted, drawing his sword and immediately stabbing it through the neck of a Goro. Hearing a minotaur behind him, he quickly spun 180° with his sword still pointing forward, and decapitated it. He then saw another large Goro behind wielding a spiked flail, and shouted "YOU WILL FALL!" at it before destroying the flail with his sword, kicking the beast down, and stabbing it in the jugular. He was then surrounded by three minotaurs, so he decided to trigger the Gem of Hope, raising his morale and that of his allies. He then quickly slashed through each of them, ridding fear from his heart.
Quist
"Well, things have certainly gotten interesting, haven't they, girl?" Vae asked Hallie as she led the small horse into a small hidden copse, away from the fighting. "Stay here, okay?" she said, petting Hallie's muzzle, then dashing off towards the battle. Gripping the handle of her longsword with her left hand, she cranked her right forward, sending a curved dagger spiraling into the face of an oncoming Goro. Using the momentum from her run, she quickly unsheathed her sword in a diagonal motion, catching a Minotaur full across the chest. It let out a guttural moan, then slumped to the ground. Vae wrinkled her nose at the two dead enemies. Fighting wasn't one of her favorite activities, but she was fairly competent at it when push came to shove. Reaching down, she yanked her dagger from the goro's bloody face, then pressed onward.
Master_Archon
Sib wasn't easily surprised, he'd been in a lot of fights, so he'd seen most, if not every tactic and strategy in the book, so the sudden "horde" of enemies was no big thing to him. He quickly dismounted, not being one for mounted combat. He pressed a plate down hard on the palm of his gauntlet, his metal claws ejecting with a 'ping'. Sib surged forward, leaving Scsha-Scsha where he was, knowing the ferocious predatory bird could take care of any problems that came his way. He first met a minotaur, it raised it's axe to strike, but it was too slow, Sib already upon it, punching his claws into it's skull, he kept moving, not even taking the time to watch the creature fall lifeless to the ground. Next came a goro, which in turn was a bit more nimble than the minotaur, but this was easily remedied when Sib simple spun 360 degrees, his right arm out infront of him, the goro not expecting what happened next, ended up with a massive metal sphere, covered in spikes to inbed into it's skull, flattening the half of the skull where it was hit. Sib moved forward, striking down enemies in different fashions as the situation saw fit to allow. Sib turned seeing a goro flanking one of his companions, he moved to his fellow warrior's aid, bowling the goro over onto the ground with his shoulder, then he looked deeply into the creatures eyes, it froze in panic, and in time it began to shriek in horror, at this moment Sib brought his claws across the creature's throut, as it couldn't defend itself in it's state of panic. Sib looked up to see who he had helped, only to find the one person he shouldn't have, the Wood Elf. He moaned in annoyance at his own folly. 'Should have let her defend herself,' he thought to himself.
DrPhil2501
In the air on his Griffin, Tylon unleashed his swords which made the swift sound of slahing the wind. "Dive down, Avialon... Soar like a leaf on the wind!" he whispered in to her elegant, feathered head. She soared down through the air towards the army of beast-men. Tylon sliced his elven blades across, beheading at least two of the enemies. His Griffin reached her clawed feet the the men and grabbed one of the vixens. The Valkyrie made Avialon soar up through the air, and she dropped the victim. Assuming how high the fall was, there was no way the beast-man could survive being dropped hard on the hill with shattered bones.
Quist
Vae watched as Sib took out the goro that had been barrelling towards her. As he stood up, she caught his gaze and shot him a wide grin. "Thanks Sib," she said, bounding past him and touching his broad shoulder in gratitude. "I owe you one!" she called back as she plunged headlong into a glut of enemies, dancing and weaving her way through the burly beastmen, her shining silver blades flashing in every direction. starmark2k
((OCC- Sorry for the delay, it just sliped my mind to post.)) Lighthammer’s large foot swing downwards and smashed into the head of a fallen Goro, crushing its skull between its heavy foot and the hard soil. Letting out a high pitched screech satisfied with it’s kill, the dragon rider patted its scaly hide as he also raised his hammer. The Hamill Dragon charged forward at Seban’s command towards a Minataur who also charged for the dragon and its rider. The horned beastman rose his axe high snarling as it ran to collide with the reptilian mount. Seban swung his mighty warhammer round as the dragon turned it’s body to the side allowing it’s dwarf rider a better chance to hit. The hammer struck the Minataur square in the chest throwing it back with all it Ribs broken and lungs collapsed. The legionnaire had dismounted his horse and let it ride out of harms way while he fought the warriors of Abtai foot to foot. Stathorn lunged forward with his longsword to pierce the armour and flesh of an enemy Goro. His shield swung up over his head as a Minataur’s axe came crushing down upon it, most shields would have buckled from the strike but the legionnaires shield was made to take such force. With his sword still resisting the Minataurs axe the silver blade swung across stomach of the aggressive beast spilling its insides on to the floor. Stathorn lowered his shield and sword to look around the battlefield, it seemed one only a few of the of Abtai’s soldier remained alive and were all being dealt with by his companions. A Goro leapt from nowhere and began to descend towards the legionnaire with his blade up over his head ready to slash downwards. Stathorn called upon the power with in him to ignite his sword with fire and held it out and allowed the Ape man to fall on to the burning blade.
