It isn't racism. It's a stereotype. Racism is denoting a race and thinking one race is superior to another. Stereotypes are generalizing a race or group as having a certain quality.

 

Yeah, it's pretty much an American thing. Even though it really ruins the joke since I have to explain it, black people are stereotyped to love chicken. KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) is being closed. You do the math.
