How many turrets are their in KOTOR?

I'm on the Ebon Hawk and trying to fend of those fighters, but it's hard. I'm not sure if I can do it.

Turret games are unskippable. Even with mods installed you'll have to do at least three of them.

Many of your questions can be answered in Kotor walkthrough and the TSL walkthrough.

 

Please consult these walkthroughs before posting your questions here--you'll find many of your questions answered there, and then you won't have to wait for answers here, either. Also, look through the other threads in these forums to see if your questions are already answered in other threads--many of the ones you've asked in the last couple of days are questions other people have asked already. I know the search function is not working so it's harder to find some of these threads, and we understand that, but if you scan down the page you'll find lots and lots of threads to help you out.

 

Just play the game and enjoy it. If you die a few times, it's OK--just reload from a save and replay until you get the hang of it. Save right before you get on the Ebon Hawk to leave Taris so that you don't have to replay too much if you get killed by the fighters.

I think there is a mod that allows for easier Turret games.

 

There is also one for easier swoop racing too, which I strongly recommand if you want to do those quests, without any interest in racing type games.

Correct. There's a mod which allows you to either reduce the # of targets (from 8 to 6 I think) or to reduce the amount of damage they do everytime they score a hit on your ship. If you wish to skip the turret deal altogether, install a cheatbot that places you on the planet you want to go to before you step out of the ebon hawk. That should do the trick. However, you may still have to (as ED points out) deal w/a small handfull of occasions where it becomes impossible to escape it altogether (leaving Taris/escaping the Leviathan), unless you wish to skip cutscenes altogether. Frankly, though, the turret game isn't that hard.
