Attack of the Killer Gizka! (Spoilers!)

During my most recent playthrough I noticed something on the Unknown World that I'd never seen before:

Where the path splits to go to either the Temple or the Black Rakata enclave there was the usual group of Black Rakata that attack your party, but there was also a gizka. When the Rakata attacked, the gizka attacked the Rakata with his tongue! When I came back from slaughtering the Black Rakata, it was still there and it was fighting with another group of Black Rakata, who couldn't seem to make a dent in it.

It kind of took me by surprise, and I was wondering if anyone had noticed this before. It was pretty damn funny.

Yeah, he was still there.

At first I thought that it might be a bug as well, but...

when he attacks with his tongue, it makes a sound like a cracking whip, and the animation is unique as well.

Doesn't appear to be a bug to me.

But does the animation or attack sound looks anything different from the normal Gizka attack?

I wouldn't know, since I've never seen gizka get violent before.;)

When I am at the Unknown World that gizka always attacks the Black Rakata. Maybe it is done purposely?

Well, it must be a normal occurrence then. I've just never noticed it before during any of my literally dozens of playthroughs.

If you poison one of the Gizkas that invade the Ebon Hawk on your arrival on Tatooine, they'll immediately begin attacking each other. But now that someone has reported that... scene too, then it must be a general bug, I just wonder why haven't I seen or heard about this before. :p

Exactly my thoughts.
